Another long day at a show today with a client who took a class win in tally bodybuilding narrowly missing out on the overall to a very good Danny Howarth in classic.
First win for the team in the second show of the season. And a few more busy weekends ahead.
Came home took the dogs out for a walk and did some training with them and spent some time with pheebs. Finished some Work off then watched some boxing. Head down now for another big week!
Buzzing to get back in the gym tomorrow for push!

What do you mean she doesn’t let you track your food? Does she have access to your phone? Can you not use my fitness pal. She doesn’t let you use scales?
Surely you can Scan barcodes, or roughly estimate your food?

Think the guys have nailed this her John. If you don’t want to be lower disappointed by the result of either then commit to 1 firstly and give it your all. Once you have ticked that box then you can go for the other.

I agree with Oscar this always a good place to start if you need more of everything back, unless you specifically need more lat or more upper back then I would place emphasis on either Lat or upper back vertical pull first then Lat or upper back horizontal row next

Hey guys cracking leg session today on my new split. My local gym has invested in 6 or 7 pieces of prime kit which is exciting and some more new bits on the way.
Session is baseline volume currently as follows:-
A1 prime machine lateral 3 x 10-15
A2 SA machine preacher 3 x 8-12
(this is performed as a combo/zigzag set)Prime seated ham curl 3 x 10-15 (cam 1,5,3)
Prime leg extension 2 x 14-18 (all middle, 75% top 25% middle)
Atlantis pivot 2 x 10-15
Adductors 2 x 8-12once recovery allows and Im not so natty I will increase volume on delts & biceps to 4 sets, Ham curl to 4 sets, leg extension to 3 sets, leg press to 3 sets. Not all in one go but as I see fit
travelling down to Maidenhead tomorrow to watch the pro Q and then Manchester Sunday for the PCA manchester show with a client!

I prefer the prone, but depending on where you feel it best what your targeting and how your joints feel in the movement then you can make that decision

So yesterday my log didn’t post. But was a busy old day. Had bloods done with eval in the AM then travelled to train with a client for Pull in Bolton great session. I have been a little under the weather both me and Phoebes last few days but nothing to the point I cant train. Just a little congested and sore throat.
Today was rest day. Nice 40 min dog walk this AM – lots of client work and then 6 x 2 minute rounds on the bag for my HIIT.
Legs tomorrow and s20 have some new prime kit in so Im buzzing to get stuck in to the session! Wrote myself a new split up today Push, pull, rest legs rest repeat very low volume for now as my bloods came back today and Im very Natty as expected coming up to week 7 of my fertility protocol. Test came back at 9 nmol haha thats the lowest its been in forever!
There has been some movement in my FSH though so I defo think I could regain full function eventually. But thats not the goal. And Testosterone increases sperm production so I will add 60mg Twice weekly of Test Cyp from monday, re test bloods in 6 weeks and do another sperm test to see if the protocol is working how I want.
All other health markers were improving. CK still elevated as always Liver slightly higher than Id like so increasing Vital support dosing and adding in glutathione, But could be stress from the illness as one of my white bloods cells were off indicating an immune response.
RBC at the higher end so will remove cardarine and Have a let then let cardio do the rest.
HDL improving
Kidneys good
Thyroid good.Will benice to see another good improvement in 6 weeks time But for 6 weeks off from a 2.5g cycle Im pretty dam happy with how they have come back. SHould be very solid in another 6 weeks time

I keep GH in with a lot of my guys – lowering a touch if needed but 3iu won’t cause too much water retention depending on the GH you use. Some generics IME cause a little more fluid retention.
Agree with J on the stack too.
I like winstrol/anavar split last 4 weeks also

This rate of gain isnt excessive at all especially off the back of a diet phase. Nice rate of gain.
You will feel better, you will perform better, you will recover better. Keep taking it slow and steady as Jordan states over the next 24+ weeks and you will build some solid muscle.
Don’t overthink it. Get strong, enjoy the process.
