Push today 325.1lbs this AM cardio and dog walk boxed off. Solid session. Home for some consults and then went to see pheebs for an hour it’s like we’re dating again now she’s loving separate until Wednesday.
But it was nice. Later in bed but up for cardio and pull in Leeds tomorrow then a nice chilled evening a little bit of work to do. But after HIIT Sunday will be a full chill day with Pheebs

Awesome pull & legs today…..another session where I took some solid progressions in load, reps and form….
Fatigue is building I think I will have another full week at escalated volume in me before I start to break down which will be 6 weeks here. So spoke with Oscar last night and I’m going to take Xmas eve, Xmas day and Boxing Day completely out of the gym. Then go back in at devolume for a week. Which will see me to to the new year to hit the ground running again.
Session today was
SLDL up 10kg – 4pps + 5kg x 8
SA cable PD x 3
Prime extreme x 2 up 10kg 2 x 10
SA granite row x 2 up 2 reps each set
Hammer mid row x 2 up 2 reps on back off
Seated ham curl x 2 up 5lbs and 2 reps
SL press – new machine
Biceps x 3 + dropsetPush tomorrow and then at a gym on Saturday in Leeds house of gainz for a gasp meet and to train pull

100% this is disrupting your sleep. Caffeine has a half life of 4-6 hours dependant on how you metabolise it and how sensitive you are. If you have pre workout or a regular Costa/starbucks 300mg caffeine you could still have 100-150mg in your system at 9/10/11pm
So this is 100% the issue
I rarely go over 300mg a day maybe 2 coffees on a rest day to do work but try to keep it before lunchtime.
100% move to non stim for pre at 5pm

I think the all the guys above have made great points here. So firstly we need to see you perform some sets to failure. And seeing there’s anything that needs addressing from there

Rest day today guys. A very busy day today as we have had workmen in all day 3 electricians and 2 guys doing our media wall. But the house is really coming on now. Expensive work but it’s coming to life.
Check in this AM with myself. At 324.4lbs I’ve pushed food a touch from tomorrow. So will give a run down of my set up.
Arnie walked for 30 mins this AM vacuum practise 2 rounds of posing.
Sports massage and shockwave. Back to finish some work off then to B & Q and next to collect some light fittings.
Ski erg HIIT this afternoon for 10 rounds got me blowing but I beat my average metres per round from Sunday so happy there.
It’s all about progress. Regardless of what I do.
Back home to walk arnie again just for 15 mins round the block which has boxed my steps off.
Now to sort the house out and get my meals in!

What’s your body composition like?
Whats your nutrition setup like?
What’s your BG readings I don’t think these dictate the use but they give some data along with how your currently looking, what’s appetite like, current set up before making the decision

Very busy day today as pheebs is out of the house with neala as shes in season. So trying to keep Arnie calm as hes been super unsettled since she came into season hes not ate for like 4 days…..Had me up at 2am to take him out.
Anyway cardio boxed off this Am and then dog walk. Using a HR monitor to track calories burned accurately and keep HR at 120-130 BPM
Great tool I will use with clients moving forwards for consistency of cardio and cals burned
Blinds fitted in posing room and french windows in kitchen, Media wall started, front door decorated, loads of parcels delivered
trained local with Pheebs had a fantastic push session. ready for Rest day massage tomorrow and alot of client work to box off

Arsenal leg press x 2
adductors/abductors superset x 2
Glute ham hyper x 1Best everythign has felt with my knee and progressed every movement load or reps today nicely with strict form.
Epsom salt bath when I got in. Some form clips to go through this evening and get my meals in and then get ready for push tomorrow.
Sorted some content timelines out for TBJP nutrition reels with my videographer for when my order arrives, and we will be starting a podcast soon to from Derby which Im very much excited for. Me my training partner and Jimmy Tonk so keep your eyes peeled

Nice rest day so far today….
Had a lay in until 7am asnd then just chilled in bed for half an hour….
HIIT cardio done and some steps. followed by some shopping done for the house with pheebs and a coffee. Got loads of bits boxed off and some Xmas shopping done. Little bit of laptop tidy up now on the sofa watching some TV and a chilled evening for us ready for a big week ahead
