Hey Joe just curios what your meals and diet looks like right now? I know you are a person who has to eat a ton!
Also do you do any cardio in the off season or just count steps?

Going with the question above I have 5 meals everyday should I switch to 6 meals so then my pre, post and pre bed meals are always the same or does it only matter if the pre and post workout meals are the same every training day?

Hey Kuba I put this in the diet page but I wanted your expertise as I know you are very regimented and I am very OCD and regimented as well so this messes with my head when things are different but!
I work 9:30-6 during the week monday through friday so I train after 4 meals then my 5th and last meal before bed is my post workout meal COR, whey iso, blueberries and almond butter
But on Saturdays I train but I have to train after 2 meals because the gym closes early so I have that COR post workout meal as meal 3 then I have beef, jasmine rice and asparagus as my last meal before bed as I have to move meals around!
Do you think it matters to eat something different before bed on Saturdays as Thursday and Sundays are my rest days so the order stays the same on those days like the during the week training days!

Just curious do you think you could lay out your exact diet and cycle you are doing right now in this phase?

Hey buddy, so it’s pretty basic. I’ll list below:
M1 – 3 eggs, 300ml egg whites & 100g green beans
M2 – 90g COR, 60g vegan protein, 150g berries, 20g dark chocolate
M3 – 90g COR, 60g vegan protein, 150g berries
M4 – 200g chicken, 260g rice, 100g green beans
M5 – 200g lean mince, 260g rice, 100g green beans
M6 – 60g vegan protein, 20g dark chocolate [/quote]
Nice what meal do you normally train after? Also do you any shakes around training or just an intra?What do you put in the shakes if you do any or what do you put in the intra if you just do an intra?

Awesome day today at PCA Wolverhampton with my client winning his class in his first ever show. Long day with a lot of driving again. And same again next weekend back up north for the 2bros pro q. Busy week ahead with client photo shoot so looking forward to that.
Busy busy week so need to be productive and stay ontop of everything especially with the new diet being more food! Got lots and lots to eat 😂
Would love to see your training and diet written out now?
Also any tips on meal prepping or being prepared when eating 6 meals a day and lots of food while working a 9-5?

Gotcha! Excited to see your plans for the offseason I saw on your story that the plan has been set today! Your food already looks so high lol I know you have always said you have to eat a lotAlso interested to see what your spilt and training will look like and whats your main focus is on to improve the most!
