Thanks so much. I thought that eq was more strong in size performance
I’ve used primo in offseason and pre contest and would prefer that over eq
Can only trial and see how you feel everyone responds different to side of the PEDs

Esters , same as test prop , test e , test decanoate etc . Do you know what the esters of drugs do ?

Thanks peter, but I thought if I do a pct at 60 my natural testosterone will be zero, so including a little bit of testo will be fine.
if your doing PCT you dont take test, idea of PCT is to restore natural testosterone levels which you cant do if injecting testosterone.
At 60 years old I would be looking to keep all my health markers perfect and trying to find a sweet spot of test only for TRT.
150-200mg per week split into daily injections to control E2 better – can micro dose either subq or IM
-
Thanks Andy. Y thought that in my pct I could put some test.
Agreed with Jordan, and base everything off of blood work.
Unless you’re taking PCT drugs by way of a fertility protocol, then no, you’d run TRT or PCT.
-
Thanks. I,m 60 yearsold. Can iI mix pct and trt?.
150-400 total mg depending on how conservative you want to be or not .
If it’s 150 just do all test
If it’s more , add some mast or primo and adjust accordingly based on e2 reactions

Thanks so much
I would see what feels better for you and how you feel – ideally you want them around your workout so I would split pre/post w/o and then meal post post if you can stretch them

Thanks so much for your time
Hello mate,
Same for me
Meal 1 pre and postBut at some points depending what is the look you wanna achieve, putting carbs last meal pre bed could be also a good option
It’s linked to what look you wanna achieve though

Clear and easy
I back up what Clare says. Ultimately deep into prep your main goal and focus should be muscle retention. This is largely going to come from maintaining training performance So putting your carbohydrates around your training windows would be the most beneficial.
However, for some sleep really starts to dip in the later stages of prep and the cals are low which can also cause muscle loss in which case putting carbs here could also be a benefit.Sleep and training needs to be protected as a priority so keep that in mind when planning out where you are putting your carbs. Hope that helps man!

Thanks
Figure out what feels better for you in terms of performance, recovery, satiety and sleep, and go with that option.

I’ll do like you tell me
I like split between meal 1, pre, and post
-
Thanks very helpful
As above – find out where they work out best for you. By this I mean were does placing them seem to give you best performance and recovery in gym while also helping to manage hunger and being on a diet etc.
For me I much prefer to keep carbs lower earlier in the day so I would be doing some pre, some post and some post post –

You inject it bud ?
Or do you mean dosing ?
Please elaborate a little more on the question so we can give you a proper answer
