Yeah mate I get you that’s where you have to tailor the sessions to what you feel your physique needs so that’s why I’ve put width on – pull day and thickness on the other. There a thousand different ways you can dice it up but keep that template and you can’t fail.

Just do push pull legs on a 5 day rotation so for example:
M – push chest focus
T – Pull low back/thickness
W – day off
T – Legs quads hams calfs
F -Push delt focus
S- day off
Sun Pull upper back/width
And repeat. This gives you 4 upper body session and 1 lower. Or you can arrange it however you like for example if legs are a weak area program it so you do them 2x a week.

If you’re training hard enough you won’t feel like this lol. Minimum 2 rest days a week are an absolute must for growing imo. I do 3 rest days but I follow a progressive overload style of training so come rest day I’m totally fucked!

There are a few guys on here that do the same thing. Giving advice on bodybuilding then you look at their Instagram and it’s some kid working out in his moms basement. Plagiarism at its finest. All the forums are littered with these guys sadly.

I’d probably say no more than 125mg to be honest. And thats a fairly high cruise. Saying no more than 250mg could mean 200mg is fine and its not what i’d consider a cruise

What would be the number 1 supps to avoid this happening mate? I’m guessing vitamin K2 for the arterial plaque and making sure ldl cholesterol is in check plus no more than 250mg test a week for a cruise?

250mg/wk of test is not a cruise dose. Your body would produce between 70-100mg per week of natural testosterone. That is the level of a cruise dose. 250mg is a low blast, 2.5x a natural person’s levels

Yes which is why I said NO MORE than 250mg a week. I normally cruise on 125mg myself.

Even though our time working together ended up going south after how my prep ended he was a nice person and I did get to speak to him in person last year at the Olympia expo.
Here’s what I believe to be potentially a root cause to his death.
He had suspected pneumonia; which he also had last year also.
Any illness, whether viral or bacterial is going to drive CRP up.
CRP doesn’t care about its end target and the inflammatory cascade that can ensue.
If you read Rachel’s post, he has had suspect heart failure as a possible artefact of uncontrolled high BP – both genetic and augmented for sure by AAS use and not being proactive to control it.
As I discussed during my talk at Bodypower (for those of you who actually attended it), androgens activate White Blood Cells to form Foam Cells which will feast on small dense LDL and lead to artheroclerotic plaque.
This is why I have been going on about cruise doses being physiological levels and making sure to keep LDL oxidation potential as low as possible.
Combined with the unfortunate event of a serious illness and its inflammatory cascade, it could have been unfortunate timing which yielded a sudden cardiac arrest.
He will be missed – RIP

How is the quality of the Iceland chicken mate? Aldi is a bit hit and miss – sometimes the breasts are like rubber.
