haha this is a good question.. and can vary depending on where you choose to shop and as to how you shop..
I spend around 100 every 3 to 4 days… I base that on being a heavier body builder and quite picky .. I spend little miney in anything else other than food and mortgage… I could lilely reduce cost by a third but I like certain foods and places when I shop

Go see a good massage therapist. Maybe pre exhaust with dB laterals, rear delts and then try some kind of machine work.

Just have a watch of some of the training vids on here mate you will see how it’s done. There’s a couple of James hollingshead showing how to do it.

With 10 weeks to go you have plenty choice
Primo is delicious but expensive, DHB is good but a sore jab, tren is awesome but it tren so depends how you get on with it, EQ is good also but anxiety and thick blood issues.
NPP is always nice but twice a week is pushing it a little, in theory the phenyprop is 3/4 days but I still prefer eod.
If finances allow I’d go primo the now and add var for the last 6 also, wrt to primo dosing, the old as low as possible to see gains applies but the more you take the better it gets so pick your poison

Tren e or deca twice a week is fine, depends which you get on better with, watch for progesterone issues, vit B6 can help manage this but may need caber if it gets bad

Haven’t done tren since my last comp (2015) and that was tren ace. Did a run of tren E about 9 years ago and remember feeling like death the whole time although strength was insane lol.

I haven’t got anything to hand to check the gauges but I can use these all over including glutes with no issues.
Slin pins also in pecs
Slow to draw through but minimal damage. Just got to make sure when you penetrate you continued push the barrel deep so it’s kind of indented into the skin, just to make sure no oil is too shallow.

Have been using 25g 5/8 Orange pins for – Shoulders – Glutes – qauds
Insulin pins – chest
Most will say 5/8 is to short for the areas I pin…. well ive had no issues past 1.5 years.
Pushing the oil is not to bad with a 25g orange pin.

Sounds alright mate. I’ve done chest in the past wasn’t actually that bad – may have to open this site up again. You’re probably leaner than me that’s why I like my longer pins but I will try an orange god knows it’ll feel nicer!

Orange is around the smallest you can use for most gear, some you could use a slin pin but unless your very lean then it won’t go in deep enough.
Some thicker oils are a pain with an orange but most should be ok, also depends on scar tissue in the area.
Also rotate sites and get deep tissue work to help break scar tissue up.

Not lean enough for a slin pin so I will try orange. The gear I’m using is nice and thin so should pass through no bother.

My glutes, tri’s and to a lesser extent no’s are like piercing concrete blocks so I’m guilty of it too, defo need to find someone to knock the shit out me deep tissue wise

I can’t reach glutes anymore, same with lats. I stick to bis, tris and delts although I could really do with a couple more sites. Sucks having to jabs on your own.

This blast I’m 5 weeks in. Will be a 15 weeker and then a cruise. Just looking to add another compound but I can only jab 2 x a week just now.

I’m about £150 pw but that’s for a family of 4. I do my shopping in Aldi. Eggs, tuna and ground beef are my staples and are dirt cheap.

Is that just for you? 800 quid a month on food is wild! I’m nowhere near that lol
