Mast will always “make your test work harder.” Freeing up test.
I just got off a Test, Deca, Mast cycle and it was great. Kept the bloat from Deca down.
Test deca and mast? Sounds good what doses did you run? I love deca never thought of using it with test and mast. Durabolin or npp?

Quick question about your jasmine rice and whey meal, I’m guessing you just make the rice up as normal and then pour a whey shake on top mix and eat pre workout? Sorry if that’s been answered already. Looking crazy just now man.
hey pal, i make few meals worth of jasmine rice as per norm then devide them up per meal and as for pre w/o i just pour a bit of unsweetened almond milk over n microwave up for about 1.5mins then when hot i pour in the whey powder n mix like that into a rice pudding texture. hope that helps.

Try eating more calorie dense foods, do some cardio, try blending some foods, pick food sources that you find easy to eat and digest and eat more of them.

Lower test would be healthier. And yes primo and or mast would be in the mix. Ultimately staying healthy is down to your blood work and taking all the supplements such as curcumin, citrus bergamot, cq10,vitamin k2 etc and doing cardio and clean diet will do wonders too.

I’m using tri test and mast enanthate and let’s put it this way – I ain’t cutting lol
It’s a nice cycle, sides are low, well-being is good. Strength isn’t amazing but it ain’t bad. Noticing a little more vascularity with it too. I may add in some primo too. I save tren for pre contest just cos of the sides. Used tren E a few times on a bulk and I literally feel like I am gonna die. Strength is nuts though!

My friend, who cares about what shoes you wear on the gym? The gym is not a place for this kind of fluffyness.. I only care about safety, big weights and progression when im on the gym. Who cares about clothes and superficial stuff, should go to a mall a club or something like that
