    Hey, I take the weight daily then an average across the week, see if there are any trends in fluctuations due to heavy leg session, or time of the month for females

    Hey guys!

    Back in for hams & glutes devolume today. Making sure mobility and warm up thoroughly especially with my glute being sore and taking longer to recover. This is an old injury from many years ago when I pulled my periformus, which then turned into sciatica. Over years my glute flares up when under recovered or repeitive movements, which the moment my training is very specific to grow the glutes and 3 sessions a week frequency, so sometimes it just flares up a lot. But nothing I canโ€™t manage as have done for many years ๐Ÿ™‚

    This afternoon, lots of one to one posing clients ahead of their shows this weekend

    Banded mobility are great here, I would also place calf raises at the start of your sessions too

    Hey Robert,

    I would firstly start by getting some current blood work as hormones can change a lot in the space of 3 years.

    Have a structured nutrition plan for her to follow with a daily step target.

    Have you considered getting an exercise bike at home so cardio can be added in? Potentially some DBโ€™s etc so some home workouts can be done if not able to get to the gym until September. This will help hugely

    Usual client work this morning then it was back to training today for upper!

    Glad to be back, but I was ready for a couple of sessions off to rest up my glute. Hopefully will be fine back in for hams & glutes tomorrow!

    This afternoon Iโ€™ve had a busy day of Skype and in person posing clients as lots are competing in the 2bros show this weekend x

    Hey guys!

    Busy day of client work and catching up from the weekend!

    Lots of washing and house work was needed, always a case of catching up if Iโ€™ve been away ๐Ÿ˜

    This afternoon I went to see my mum and the babies, did their meal and bath time before coming home, a little stroll with the dogs this evening once it had cooled down, then relaxing with nath ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hey guys!

    Today was our last day away with the girls, it was so nice as we went to Eden hall spa for the day!

    First I did 30mins cardio when we arrived before chilling out and going in the different room. I had a back massage and facial as a treatment, did some sunbathing, chatted and relaxed. Very wholesome weekend and a great time to rest up from training. One more rest day tomorrow then back to it ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hey buddy, oats are absolutely fine pre bed, are you currently in a dieting phase? As well as increasing fats a touch, I would also swap out m5 to a different protein source such as red meat for a complete dietary protein source.
    If you enjoy the creamie you could have this with your oats meal

    Rest day today here, we had a lovely day!

    Itโ€™s always so nice when we spend some time together as girls and even better now with the babies ๐Ÿ˜„

    Today we went to a park and walk round, then weโ€™ve come back to the air bnb to relax in the hot tub ๐Ÿ˜„

    Tomorrow we are going on a spa day which I canโ€™t wait for!

    How many warm up sets is she doing?? Personally i do prefer having hip thrusts towards the start of my session, and then you just give yourself enough time recover before your next exercise

    So checked in yesterday and nath has put me on a couple of rest days, which fell quite nicely as I have come away this afternoon with my friends.

    Client work and lots of one to one posing clients today, then headed over here, weโ€™ve had a lovely evening with the babies, and now itโ€™s time to chillax in the hot tub ๐Ÿ™‚

    Rest day for me today, feeling a little smashed!

    A busy day of posing clients, then I went for my nails done, this evening I went pole dancing. It was a fabulous class, lots of condition and some new challenging combos!
