    Rest day for me today, feeling a little smashed!

    A busy day of posing clients, then I went for my nails done, this evening I went pole dancing. It was a fabulous class, lots of condition and some new challenging combos!

    Hey buddy,

    A inclusives now are very good for having a variety of healthy food options.

    They always have big salads, grilled meats / fish, fresh seafood etc, boiled rice, veggies, plenty of fruit.

    You are more than likely going to be having 3 larger meals over smaller and more frequent.

    Try and finish your meal with some fresh fruit this will stop you from diving in on the desserts table. But again if you want a dessert of course, just be mindful that 1 doesn’t mean try every single one.

    But this is your holiday, enjoy it how you like.

    Try and get some movement in after your meals too, this will help your food digest and also get some steps in throughout the day

    My left glute is giving me Jip again, so potentially a few rest days coming up to allow us to recover.

    Aim to get 1L fluid in around wake
    Another 1.5L fluid in before mid day
    2L in the afternoon
    1.5L during training

    Usual client check ins this morning then I met my friends and we went for an early morning dip, it was my first time going with them and I loved it! Was such a nice feeling!

    Then it was upper body for us, our usual session at Emma’s,

    This afternoon I had some Skype posing clients, deep cleaned the house, then I decided to pull most of my clothes out and start sorting through them, I probably shouldn’t of started as it’s a much longer job than thought 😅

    I would be looking at starting on a little higher calories to start especially with your body weight.

    Have you implemented walking outside in the nature as this can help to improve your mental health and wellbeing. Start your day with a morning walk, what is your training set up like? Do you run PPL, rest repeat?

    Hey guys!

    Client check ins this morning and some admin then it was leg day 😄

    My left glute is playing up again, which is frustrating, hopefully after some rounds of shockwave it should help it recover and then it won’t be affecting my sessions.

    This evening my mum came round and we went for a lovely walk with the dogs, had a nice little catch up 🙂

    Hey! Do you use and pre workout prior to training? If not this could be something you can implement to help with focus.
    Try using a certain playlist for top set lifts, this will really help getting you in the zone and focused

    Some posing clients this morning before I had my pole private session, it was another great session!

    This afternoon we went to meet Kamara’s and Jim bob for a coffee at the garden centre and it was lovely 🥰

    This evening food prep, housework, washing and getting organised for the week 🙂

    As much as there is an optimum amount of hours for sleep, this will be different for everyone due to lifestyle, family, working hours etc.

    I would look to prioritise sleep at the weekend, ensure you aren’t too tired in the week, if so you will just need to pop an extra rest day in

    Rest day today, a super busy day of one to one posing client, but a really good day!

    Loving our nice early dog walk due to the warmer weather, so out just after sunrise and it’s so peaceful!

    This evening we have been out for a Turkish with some friends, it was lovely! Good people, good food, nice catch up. Seems like so long since we have been out for a meal too!

    It was a hot one, but a really good session!

    Strength is in a good spot, and recovering well!

    This evening I had a private pole class, very good class! Learnt some new moves and progressed with them nicely!

    Hey buddy, if your lifts are still progressing I would just continue. You’ll find that there may be a point where you do need an extra rest day, if progress stalls, sleep is affected etc

    The guys above have hit the nail on the head here. They are excellent for strengthening the transverse abs and core, which will also help you to control your midsection in shots, along with vacuums
