    Hey guys!

    Rest day today, what a lovely day for it.

    In person check ins and posing clients first thing along with client work, then this afternoon I went to see Emma and we chilled in the garden it was lovely

    This evening client work, food shopping, prepping and washing 😄 the usual daily house stuff x

    Training is going well atm, which is super happy with!

    Usual client check ins this morning

    Upper today with em, we have a nice coffee and catch up before too

    This afternoon I had a lash appointment, Skype posing client, client programming, dog walk and house clean 😁

    A little chill this evening with nath and the dogs watching swat 🙂

    Majority of bodybuilders have once tried ‘dirty bulking’ and not using clean food sources. They notice that there off seasons will be shorter due to digestion and appetite taking a hit first, and body composition not good so therefore need to go into a diet phase sooner.

    You want to make the most out of your off season, prioritising digestion too so you can stay in a surplus for longer.

    When pushing up, don’t get too fat as it will be way harder when you need to move into a dieting phase.

    Lean for everyone will be different, body weight will need to increase and food will get high. But again all of this is relative to each individual

    Busy morning of client work, then I was leg day!

    A great session. The sun is shining, makes such a difference to everyone’s mood which I love!

    If affordability is there I would add both join in and collagen, however if not, Join in will give you more noticeable relief due to anti inflammatory and cartilage support ingredients, whereas collagen is great but is more for long term joint health and repair.

    Hey buddy, how long have you planned for this diet phase?

    Majority with feel absolutely smoked after their sessions, but if you are truly feeling smashed then I would be looking to do a little pull back before you push on again, this will hopefully freshen you up again so you are fired up and ready to hit the gym again

    Happy father’s day!

    This morning one to one posing clients

    Then a few hours sorting the garden, food shopping and house workout

    Then we went to see family, first my brothers to see him and the baby, my parents, and then Nathan’s parents.

    A busy day but so lovely to see everyone ❤️

    Today me and nath went to support clients and friends in the has mark 10 show.

    It was such a great day! It was the first ever showing for them, and they really pulled it out the bag! A good amount of athletes competing, fantastic guest spots too!

    There are many fantastic bodybuilder that train with fast tempo, some who don’t have 10/10 form, but what they do all have in common is the effort and intensity.

    However good form brings better stimulus.

    But Oscar nailed it here, find a middle ground for all

    Glutes session today for me today! A very very good session!

    Was a little sore going into the session from a hard training week, but everything felt great once warmed up!

    Been an excellent week of training.

    This afternoon a super busy day of one to one and Skype posing clients.

    This evening some housework and getting organised for tomorrow as we are off to clients show. Should be a good day 😄

    Rest day for me today! Busy day of posing client and was super productive with client work.

    This evening I went pole dancing, and it was a great class! It’s been 6 months now since starting back and I’m happy with my progress 😄

    I fully agree here. Sometimes things happen and for whatever reason you cannot train. Think of it as an extra rest day to help you recover. Try and plan your week ahead so you know what days you are going to train. But things happen, try not to let is affect you
