Rest day for today! Busy day of client check ins and one to one posing clients.
The usual dog walks and house things, I had an appointment too for laser.

How bad are your muscle imbalances? Have you tried stripping things back to see if you are engaging properly??
Try incorporating unilateral exercises into your training set up

This is very person dependant. Some find they are the hungriest first thing, others in the evening.
But generally around your training window and whenever you are the most hungriest.

Client work this morning before some appointments. Then I went to Starbucks to do some programming before heading to my sisters this afternoon to see the babies and my friends came round, it was so lovely!

Busy day of client work and programming
Leg day for me today!
Iโm still suffering with my left glute being very sore, tight and causing me discomfort, my strength was down due to this which is so frustrating! Hopefully it will recover soon if not will need to take a couple more days rest to allow it to recover properly.
This evening I have had a call with a friend, we chatted for a while about life, was so lovely to catch up x

Fully agree with the guys above here, find a posing coach that youโd like to work with and go through the basics and fundamentals first, once you feel confident and happy with these move on to the next steps, then you know you wonโt be learning any bad habits as these are harder to unlock. Always here to help along with many others on here ๐

Glutes for me today, I went with big nath as he had legs too! It was a good session for me, but naths knee wasnโt good so I could tell her was annoyed!
Lots of house work, washing, jobs etc done feeling good!
