    Rest day for today! Busy day of client check ins and one to one posing clients.

    The usual dog walks and house things, I had an appointment too for laser.

    Chloe then came round to see us this evening before chilling with the dogs ๐Ÿ™‚

    How bad are your muscle imbalances? Have you tried stripping things back to see if you are engaging properly??
    Try incorporating unilateral exercises into your training set up
    You could also go and see a physio / chiropractor to address any underlying factors

    Hams & glutes today with Chlo

    Todays session went

    Glute kickbacks x2

    Smith machine hip thrust x2

    Seated hamstring curl x2

    Db bench supported RDL x2

    Hip abduction x3

    Loved our session, we both PBโ€™d too which is always great ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„

    This is very person dependant. Some find they are the hungriest first thing, others in the evening.

    But generally around your training window and whenever you are the most hungriest.

    Client work this morning before some appointments. Then I went to Starbucks to do some programming before heading to my sisters this afternoon to see the babies and my friends came round, it was so lovely!

    This evening washing and deep cleaning the house then a nice dog walk with nath ๐Ÿ˜„

    Hey guys!

    Busy day of client work and programming

    Leg day for me today!

    Iโ€™m still suffering with my left glute being very sore, tight and causing me discomfort, my strength was down due to this which is so frustrating! Hopefully it will recover soon if not will need to take a couple more days rest to allow it to recover properly.

    This evening I have had a call with a friend, we chatted for a while about life, was so lovely to catch up x

    Busy Sunday today!

    Some client check ins before lots of one to one posing clients , had some fantastic sessions ๐Ÿ˜„

    This afternoon me and Nathan went to see his godchildren and friends for an hour, it was nice to catch up!

    This evening just getting organised, some housework etc, the usual jobs ๐Ÿ™‚

    A busy day in the studio of one to one and Skype posing clients.

    A great day!

    This afternoon and evening I have been baby sitting my niece, weโ€™ve had a lovely time, but it was bath & bed at 6pm so Iโ€™ve just been catching up on some work and messages this evening ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hey! Thankyou hilly for the recommendation!

    Fully agree with the guys above here, find a posing coach that youโ€™d like to work with and go through the basics and fundamentals first, once you feel confident and happy with these move on to the next steps, then you know you wonโ€™t be learning any bad habits as these are harder to unlock. Always here to help along with many others on here ๐Ÿ™‚

    A great day, super productive!

    Glutes for me today, I went with big nath as he had legs too! It was a good session for me, but naths knee wasnโ€™t good so I could tell her was annoyed!

    Lots of house work, washing, jobs etc done feeling good!
