Busy busy day today! Client work first thing before back to back one to one posing clients! Some great sessions, followed by upper,
Social battery was a little fried this evening but just made sure I got everything done, had a nice bath and a face mask before chilling with the dogs 🙂

Today I’ve had rest day but a very busy day of client work And lots of one to one’s.
I’ve also just had Toby for an excellent massage so looking forward to seeing how things look tomorrow!

If they digest well for you then that’s no problemo! You could mix up your rice dishes by using different spices and condiments. I like using turmeric in my rice it tastes similar to pilau rice

This evening I have been to watch a dance show, it really brings back memories from my dancing days! I miss them! It was so good! But so ready for bed! Busy day again tomorrow!

2lbs drop this an, but no sign of monthly cycle, so we shall see if it comes soon or not!
Upper body for me today, physique looks much better after dropping off a touch 🙌🏻

Weight up today 2lbs and showing all signs of my monthly cycle starting soon! So hopefully that’s what it is!
A little flat today but another rest day and back in for glutes tomorrow!

Majority of the time you will be able to adapt your training and the main sessions that will need to change is back / pulling movements, ensure chest supported, also spinal loading you will need to be very sensible with.
