Regarding to thyroid I’d check bloods again in a few weeks, if t4+t4 are still low, I’d use replacement, likely 100t4+ the amount of t3 that brings you to High-Normal levels, likely between 15-35mcg. You look great btw, what was your cycle before show?

Did you try the 175t4/ 10 t3? Did it make any difference for you?

dont know your caloric requirements, body height etc mate, so its hard to judge. With that cycle before, cals seem a bit low to me though

I don’t track macros atm cause I’m not focused on bb atm, just cruising on 175 test e and training for fun. In general, if you’re prone to hypothyroidism, you should always have sufficient carbs to aid t4 -> t3 conversion. How much that is, depends on your personal caloric needs. If you ain’t getting enough carbs, you might start feeling cold/constipated etc. So if you’re trying to cut, i recommend a high protein/moderate carb/ low fat approach. Just my experience

Possible, but there’s only one way to find out unfortunately, that’s trial and error. I’d do the 175t4/ 10t3 and see.

If i read your bloods correctly you have aft4 of 10 with a range of 9-19, which seems low.
People feel different on different ratios of t4/3, with 150/20 youre taking a ratio of 7.5 t4/t3. Studies found a mean ratio of 15 for t4/t3 ratio in humans, with individuals having a higher or lower ratio.
You could try a different approach like 175mcg t4/10mcg t3= 17.5 ratio for example or 175mcgt4 + 15mcg t3 = 11,66 ratio and see if you feel any different.
How did you feel with 150t4 only btw?

i think t3 doesnt make you flat as long as you need it. But theres much controversy about it. Some higher caliber BB’s implement t3 for their bulking cycles and like it, others say it just makes you flat and weak. Maybe its very individual, idk.
Do you split dose your t3? I normally use 10mcg at 3am, 5mcg at 10.30 and 5 mcg at 6pm.

Im on the exact same dose of t4+t3 as you, 150/20. I dont feel like it has an impact on fullness or my ability to gain muscle tbh, i just use 175mg test e for cruise atm and dont really feel flat if i eat enough carbs.
When cutting, i always get cold hand/feet easily, but with enough carbs, this goes away pretty quick. Are you using any roids atm or any other medications?
