Patrick I’m not knowledgable enough in that area to comment buddy , after tons of thyroid blood work, mine is odd , even at 50mcg exogenous t3 it doesn’t put me above range of normal free t3, so for me any comments on my own thyroid are just speculation , like I didn’t know why t4 was low last time
with ft3 testingy the timing is going to matter a lot because of the short half life of t3 meds. i guess youre taking the t3 at morning. if youd draw blood an hour or two later, your ft3 will showup high most likely.
With taking t3 once a day, its like using test prop. Shortly after = high blood levels, lower in the evening. You might benefit from taking it this way for example:
25mcg before bed, 12,5mcg midday. ft3 peaks at night with a functioning thyroid, so taking it that way and splitting it up is recommended imo.

could be from the correlation between androgens and TBG (thyroid binding globulin) as youre using primo atm, which is basically adding androgens to your endocrine system that dont aromatize like test would. Thath mechanism could lower TBG, leaving you with more free t4/t3.
That could be the reason behind your higher t4, but as long as you dont feel any different, it wont matter much i think

ft3 fluctuates quiete a bit throughout the day in my experience, ft4 doesnt normally. strange
-
did you change your thyroid replacement? your ft4 came up somehow
-
Are you taking any thyroid meds atm? Do you suffer from feeling cold /bad digestion /brain fog?
If not, i wouldnt start them with your t4 &t3 levels. Theres plenty of t4 and t3 fluctuates heavily throughout the day.

My labs are
TSH 0.52
fT4 1.5 ng/dl ( 0.9 -1.8)
fT3 3.6pg/ml (2.0 -4.0)
I feel okay most of the time, sometimes i think my metabolism could be faster.
Do you think I would benefit from running t4 lower and t3 a bit higher? I recently read that Jordan Peters for example runs 100mcg t4 +37.5 t3 all the time.
-
Hey Jordan,
Now that you’ve cut your dosages, did you change anything in regards to your thyroid replacement or do you stay on the 100t4/37.5 t3?
All the best for you✌️
-
How’s your TSH and ft3? Do you take the 200t4+30t3 all at once?
-
Had to cut it short due to lockdown unfortunately.. when gyms reopen here in Germany/netherlands I’ll try 1000mg deca+20-30 dbol/day. Wanna do injectable dbol if i find a source for it.

Just a quick update two weeks in, went with 175 test+ 1g nandrolone roughly, it’s working pretty good I’d say. I tried to increase test to 250mg, but nipples started to hurt and i got bloated af, shad to pop 12.5mg aromasin. I’ll stick with 175 test. Going for three more weeks, gonna keep this cycle short.

Interesting. If I’d run 25mcg on its own, I’d end up hypo af. Currently on 175t4+20t3

@haider-mehdi If taking t3 continuously and without t4, 25mcg is def too low. T3 only as replacement in hypothyroid people usually ends up to be between 40 and 60mcg. I’d add in at least 100mcg t, 25mcg might even prevent you from gaining. Just my 2ct as a >5 years hypo patient
And this is were a person that NEEDS is different to one that uses.
25mcg put me mid range for over 12 months. There’s t3 25mcg
Been using on n off almost ten years n seeing clients bloods
Never in a non medical person have I seen the need to continually increase.
Now yes I have seen people use t3 n be low end normal 25mcg.
When they come off n thyroid kicks in they have been mid range n thus t3 at 25mcg was a bad move
I’ve seen others be at top end range in 25mcg t3 to.

[/quote] i think that’s cause people who use t3 without being hypo, just top up their own production without shutting off TSH. If you take just one dose of 25mcg daily, you might not shut off your TSH completely. In replacement, with t4/t3 combination therapy or t3 only, people usually split doses to achieve stable t3 levels throughout the day

@haider-mehdi how much t3/t4 do you take normally (not in a cut) just curious.
