Thanks you guys.

To further expand on this if I was to need a replacement dose and I usually consume caffeine first thing in the morning (I train at 5am before work). and go to bed at around 8pm (Magnesium Cictrate and Bysglicinate taken in before bed).

When would you take the T3 and T4? – I am assuming whenever I wake up at night to pee or around 5pm? – would that be okay?

I’d take on wake, 30 mins before your caffeine. Alternatively you could take at night, but it may disrupt your sleep, and I would also take it 30-60 mins before your magnesium.
Okay, so I wake up at 4:35am and eat my pre meal at 5:05 (just 3 eggs, 1 energy drink and non stim pre) – in this case the spacing would be fine in your opinion?

Getting bloods done today and expecting Thyroids to be rather low as I am pretty in tune with my body. Wanted to gather a good amount of information prior as I do already have everything on hand.
Yes that’s fine.
Another question, regarding my other consideration to take it in the afternoon (5pm).

Would that also be fine as long as the timing is consistent everyday?

Good day everyone! I hope you’re all having a good Monday! I had a brilliant pull session today, feeling good and looking where I should for 9.5 weeks out.

Checked in with Cal yesterday and we’ve seen the introduction of Primo going in (bloods were all perfect so they gave us the green light to add in anabolics) starting point for this is 180mg per week. Other supplements include; SLU 332 at 500mcg daily, GC – 1 at 100mcg daily, clen at 40mcg and thats that. We’ve seen a very good shift with these only so we shall adjust when we need too.

Output is currently 17k steps with 8k being fasted, no cardio (as of yet) and food is sitting around 2754 cals on TD and 2359. I’m feeling good and cannot wait to continue pushing, i’m actually wanting to be pushed harder but sometimes that doesnt work in my favour! This is why a coach is needed aha!

Tomorrow I’ve got push and then an evening of the cinema with my dad! Should be a good day!

    Hey Sara,

Was wondering how you personally notice the changes in E2 as a woman?

Would also be keen to know what supplements you take on a daily basis to keep your bloods really good (obviously also due to having a good diet and controlling other variables)?

There is no way you’re recovering from all of this pressing volume EOD, also if you have A/B/C days you do not have a need to try to bias every muscle region in each session IMO as that just defeats the point of fullbody where you are just trying to get bigger everywhere.

Rest day today! Blood let and test completed! Push tomorrow with one of my clients, which should be epic! Couple of consults in the morning and thats that! Another day of doing the do!

    Hey Sara,

Was wondering how you would escalate your PEDs in prep / what you’re currently taking and what you will add / up heading into prep especially the later end.

So PED esculation really depends on what Calum wants to do, this is my first time with his as my coach during a prep, so it’ll be intersting to see how he esculates as we go. I am currently using 300mcg SLU 332, 4.5mg femtest weekly and 4iu GH daily, and thats it. Again, because this is my first time with Cal i’m unsure what he’ll be adding in later down the line. But it’ll all be popped on here! So keep an eye on my forum!

thanks for the response, excited to see what you will change during prep

    Hey Greg,

I know this is a bit random but you’ve been on here the past few weeks obsessing over Peptides and also mentioned you have an endless amount of money for them.

Just wondering what your occupation is / what you do for a living?

Count it towards the target muscle. ask yourself what muscle is actually failing.

If there is overlap between musculatures the thing you do need to consider is recovery.

for example if i was to squat on a Tuesday with a quad focus and the next day stiff leg my glutes would probably not be recovered to the max.

Get E2 checked and run an AI or swap Mast for Primo imo

T4 sometimes is used long term safely without use of T3 but again always needs to be blood work led

    thanks for the insight meg
