only use Insulin when your BG is actually elevated throghout the day, if you’re gonna be in a deficit you will become more insulin sensitive so it would be a good time to take a break of exogonous insulin for a while as there has been studies showing that the prolonged use of insulin in non diabetics can actually make your pancreas less functional

Test is in Oil, GH and GHK in a watery solution.

All have different PH levels, this will not work and saying “there won’t be enoug time for a reaction” is extremely d*mb as the reaction will be caused the instant the different compounds have any kind of contact.

    Hey Sas,

You mentioned you don’t really move around much, considering your diet mainly consists of oats as a carb source, do you go on digestion walks?

I feel like for most people 200g of oats without a digestion walk would cause some digestion issues.

Also regarding the possible Cali pro – will you change anything about the peaking protocol?

    Hi bud

I can digest 200g oats very easy. All I ate on my carb up and show day was oats , 150g every 2 hours with zero walks

You have to remember , I’ve been doing this for 28 years. And don’t it the best way possible , my gut is quite trained and
    Resilient

And genetics plays a huge roll. And also As a baby and young boy growing , my mum rarely fed me processed foods, all home cooked wholesome quality ingredients as Persian culture this is common. Even if we had jams or deserts , they were home mate.
This gave me a pretty solid start

As for Cali pro peak weak, I or Chris have zero idea what we’ll do. Chris takes things day by day , no sudden changes , I send him pics every day and he decides the plan

I’ll use same foods but the amounts , fluid and sodium all vary according to how I look that morning
thanks for the response, very cool to receive a detailed response.

Also congrats on the Fibo win, looked undeniable, beautiful peak.

    Hello,

So peptide wise the only one’s I’ve noticed increase sleep quality are Selank and Klow blend.

Other than that I would recommend you try Sleep & Relax from DY nutrition (this knocked me out even when I was nearly dickskin shredded).

Could also add in Ashwagandha, L-Tryptophan and Green tea extrakt (all made a significant diff for me)

Good day everyone! I hope you’re all having a good Monday! I had a brilliant pull session today, feeling good and looking where I should for 9.5 weeks out.

Checked in with Cal yesterday and we’ve seen the introduction of Primo going in (bloods were all perfect so they gave us the green light to add in anabolics) starting point for this is 180mg per week. Other supplements include; SLU 332 at 500mcg daily, GC – 1 at 100mcg daily, clen at 40mcg and thats that. We’ve seen a very good shift with these only so we shall adjust when we need too.

Output is currently 17k steps with 8k being fasted, no cardio (as of yet) and food is sitting around 2754 cals on TD and 2359. I’m feeling good and cannot wait to continue pushing, i’m actually wanting to be pushed harder but sometimes that doesnt work in my favour! This is why a coach is needed aha!

Tomorrow I’ve got push and then an evening of the cinema with my dad! Should be a good day!

    Hey Sara,

Was wondering how you personally notice the changes in E2 as a woman?

Would also be keen to know what supplements you take on a daily basis to keep your bloods really good (obviously also due to having a good diet and controlling other variables)?
Hi Q – Regarding E2 and changes to this, tbh i’m maybe a little more irritable or I find my mood fluctuates much more, but overall i’ve never had any other symptoms outside of this. I obviously don’t have regular periods but this is something I had issues with prior to jumping on gear.

Supplements – basically the entire range of TBJP aha! My diet is bang on aswell, so that helps massively.
thanks for the insight!!

    Thanks you guys.

To further expand on this if I was to need a replacement dose and I usually consume caffeine first thing in the morning (I train at 5am before work). and go to bed at around 8pm (Magnesium Cictrate and Bysglicinate taken in before bed).

When would you take the T3 and T4? – I am assuming whenever I wake up at night to pee or around 5pm? – would that be okay?

I’d take on wake, 30 mins before your caffeine. Alternatively you could take at night, but it may disrupt your sleep, and I would also take it 30-60 mins before your magnesium.
Okay, so I wake up at 4:35am and eat my pre meal at 5:05 (just 3 eggs, 1 energy drink and non stim pre) – in this case the spacing would be fine in your opinion?

Getting bloods done today and expecting Thyroids to be rather low as I am pretty in tune with my body. Wanted to gather a good amount of information prior as I do already have everything on hand.
Yes that’s fine.
Another question, regarding my other consideration to take it in the afternoon (5pm).

Would that also be fine as long as the timing is consistent everyday?

There is no way you’re recovering from all of this pressing volume EOD, also if you have A/B/C days you do not have a need to try to bias every muscle region in each session IMO as that just defeats the point of fullbody where you are just trying to get bigger everywhere.

Rest day today! Blood let and test completed! Push tomorrow with one of my clients, which should be epic! Couple of consults in the morning and thats that! Another day of doing the do!

    Hey Sara,

Was wondering how you would escalate your PEDs in prep / what you’re currently taking and what you will add / up heading into prep especially the later end.

    Rgds

    Quentin
So PED esculation really depends on what Calum wants to do, this is my first time with his as my coach during a prep, so it’ll be intersting to see how he esculates as we go. I am currently using 300mcg SLU 332, 4.5mg femtest weekly and 4iu GH daily, and thats it. Again, because this is my first time with Cal i’m unsure what he’ll be adding in later down the line. But it’ll all be popped on here! So keep an eye on my forum!
thanks for the response, excited to see what you will change during prep
