    Seems like a logical step forward, just be mindful of E2 response as test plus nandrolone will cause a bigger spike for almost all in E2 than just more test but will also give more muscle growth.

    GH – 4iu is defo a worthy dose – of course more is better like with most things but 4iu is defo worth taking – I would dose either all pre gym or pre bed based on response/sides

    My preference would be

    4iu pre gym training days
    4iu pre bed rest days

    Thanks for the response, was planning on adding in the 4iu all days pre bed (I work an office job and go to the gym directly after so I don’t wanna carry around the hgh the entire day), for the fat loss benefits and see how it affects me.

    Do you think the aromatization of this cycle compared to 500mg test with 4iu would be higher or less. (Most likely individual based but still would like to hear from someone more experienced with anabolics)

    Set a rep range for both sets, adjust weight accordingly to your estimate of which weight you can hit that rep range with.

    Saturday sesh:

    You have 3 Movements that train the same function of the pecs

    Sunday sesh:

    Lat pulldown and Pull ups are the same movement

    Close grip row and single arm pulldown also very similar (train the same function so not neccessary in a singular session)

    Rear delt would make more sense after biceps since you’re already doing a ton of back work (in the sagittal plane which the rear delts have immense leverage in)

    Monday sesh:

    Hack and Leg press volume most likely too high if you’re also doing a single leg press

    Would be more beneficial to have something like a hip thrust or glute iso if you wanna keep the same quad pressing volume this high

    Wednesday session:

    No need for 2 laterals if you are already starting with 3 sets of them, cable front raise is more upper pec then front delts and if you are performing your incline press properly that will suffice.

    Probably swap around the tricep movements because a pushdown will give more long head growth than skull crushers

    Thursday:

    You have all your erector work in this session instead of spreading it across the week which could most likely be programmed better, maybe add in some quad volume and lose one of the glute sets of one of the stiff leg sets
