    Hey Owen,

    It may also be a case of breaking down your RDL to look at form and execution of it!

    As phoebe said, what mobility are you doing (if any) as this can really help!

    And if you find that this movement is problematic then I would maybe look to change it

    Pull was good yesterday!! Trained at my old gym that I used too when we lived here in Orlando!! Wasn’t a crazy session due to the travel!! And post training I felt BEAT!! So had a real nice early night which was needed!!

    Today has been a rest day and Zach has been shooting the mid Florida classic so I have been watching the show and getting out my comfort zone and talking to new people hehe!! Challenging myself each day to get out of my comfort zone even if it’s something super little!!

    Feeling better rested today!! Legs, check in and Disney day tomorrow gahhhh I’m so excited ❤️

    Flying to Florida this morning! When I arrive I will go to the hotel to drop everything off and then will head to the gym to train pull 😊 training at Labrada this past month since moving to Houston has been incredible and we have set up our sessions for the gym there so will feel weird training in a different setting but only 2 sessions away and then we go back to home to Houston 💪

    But really looking forward to this weekend!

    Nothing else really to report today! Early start to the day today at 3:30am to get our 6am flight! But I had an early night so I’m not feeling too tired or bad today!! Will probably aim for another one today before the show tomorrow!

    Just to get leaner yeah🙂 It was not because I don’t have the discipline, but after 4 months of dieting I just find it healthy mentally, especially because I don’t cut for a show or anything. What is a GD Jordan?[/quote]

    if your goal is to just get leaner and not compete, and you have been going now for 4 months, do you have an ideal way you want to look at the end of this?? if you are finding that discipline is lacking now and you are eating off plan maybe you should think about bumping up calories etc and reassessing where you’d like to go next

    It is not the lack of discipline but i needed the meal for energy tbh. I am bow down at 93,6kg and my plan now is going down to 90kgs[/quote]

    rest day today!! I had such a good nights sleep last night! slightly reduced my melatonin last night from 10mg to 5mg and woke up this morning feeling less fuzzy which was amazing!! so will roll forward with that again tonight!

    todays plan is steps, eat all meals, posing clients and pack for Florida as we leave early tomorrow morning 🙂

    packing all my meals and taking my hot plate so I can cook some meals fresh like my meat etc 🙂 looking forward to it!! I can’t believe this weekend will be 12 weeks out! time is flying so fast now!! also this weekend will be my last weekend on cycle before we take a break

    Had a really good push sessions today! Numbers up as well today which is always a win when training push as I definitely progress at a slower rate (number wise) on this!

    Another day today of online posing clients, having a busier week this week due to being away from Friday to Monday as we are heading to Florida for the weekend!

    Everything however is feeling good at the moment, headspace is feeling good, knees are feeling good 😊 just got to keep on logging the good days and getting things done 😊

    Hey J! I completely agree that it can be so easy to fall into that trap when you get someone speaking so convincingly about something haha but with taking an oral with food/ food timings, having food won’t affect the efficiency of the oral

    rest day today 🙂 and also check in day!! again feeling happy with where we are at and another check in where I can look at it and actually be happy hehe!!

    this morning I had posing clients online and then this afternoon I am going to the cinema with Zach and getting an early night

    something that I have been trying to do is schedule in downtime in the evenings and I have d=found so far it is helping with my mindset and feeling just less stressed which is key xx

    Had legs today and it actually faired up to be a good session!! Knees held up today which is what we want!! To limit the flare ups and train as close to pain free as possible 🙏🏾

    Happy with how things are going at the moment this prep!! Crunch time is coming sooooon but already seeing so many changes happening with each check in which is so exciting!!

    This morning I had my usual 9am-12pm posing clients and then jumped on a quick FaceTime with Megs which was lovely before I headed to train xx
