It has been an incredible day today!! This morning we had a posing seminar and q&a at the Labrada HQ which was such fun! It was myself, Liv, Hunter, Lee Labrada, Ruff and Joe Bennett!
It forced me out of my comfort zone especially doing the q&a having to talk publicly but I really enjoyed myself!! And then when it was time to help pose I absolutely loved it as it’s something I am so passionate about within the industry!!
Feeling a tad tired this afternoon!! But aim is for an early night tonight as it’s LEG DAY tomorrow 🔥

Hey Dayle, this can be very common at the end of a prep due to putting the body through a lot and acquiring fatigue! Also post show food could have you feeling this way also
As suggested above I would look to have your bloods done if you haven’t already

Great pull session today!! All movements felt good today and my back was so much better – RDL was pain free which made me happy!!
This morning I had my online posing clients before I went to head to training! And then trained pull around 1:30 😊 really looking forward to tomorrow where doing a posing seminar – Liv and I are taking the ladies and Hunter, Lee, Terrance and Joe are doing the men

I would look increasing output before cutting food! Due to your output at the moment you have have levers to pull to increase this 😊
Look at increasing your steps to 10k, and as pheobe said this doesn’t include your cardio – with cardio look to get your heart rate up and maybe start with 20mins daily 😊

Hey Damo, I would suggest anything that sits well and digests well for you!
As mentioned above, utilizing an intra workout shake will be great – using something like the TBJP sustain/performance fuel and EAAs
Also making sure you are hydrated will be key 😊

Rest day today!! Some rest days I’ve been doing things outside of my comfort zone and finding things that keep me busy but chilled!! Todays project was art! I’m no artist at all hahah but it was super fun to try something new.
Push yesterday felt good!! And got my feedback from Kuba, so I have things to work on next rotation!! Pull tomorrow and my back is feeling better which makes me happy!! This is one of my favourite sessions 😊

I will train around 1pm again today! this morning I have 2 online posing clients and then 2 this evening!

Just continuing on from this topic of carbing up before show day – when would you typically do this? E.g 24 hours before show day? And how would you determine how much carbs you’d need?
So this will be entirely dependent on how you look/ what you will need. There are many different protocols depending on the individuals needs

Rest day today! Lower back is very tight still after pull on Sunday! However this morning I had free time so done my stretches and hip mobility as I had clients later on in the day today! And will have another salt bath tonight!!
A very chill rest day today as feeling wiped from hams yesterday! Steps, meal prep, habit tracker done

Hams done today and also check in day!! First time in a long time looked at my check in and had some self belief!! Feed back from Kuba was also positive! Time to keep cracking on!!
Hams was good today!! No crazy numbers today but focusing on the feedback from the session prior to nail execution of the movements

Hey Kacper, I agree with the above here in the aspect that all protein counts in terms of the body will not pick and choose what protein and from where it will use it from! But which ever you choose just be sure to be consistent ?

Rest day today!! We are 2 sessions in now to our new sessions! Pull was a good session yesterday!
New movement in place of hex bar dead’s is now SLDL, I haven’t done this movement in a while so stripped back and worked my way up!
Today I had posing clients online and also this weekend may hold a posing seminar with Liv which will be super fun and exciting ?
