Legs today – was a good session, no load increase but increased reps which I was happy with! Had work this morning so trained after and then using this evening to prep food for the week and do my groceries so tomorrow can be a chill rest day

Check in day and upper day! Happy with check ins today! Kuba has also reduced frequency in upper days starting today! Work was only a 1/2 day today and will get an early night sleep as I’m tired to day

Rest day today! Working 9-8pm sleep was good last night, and legs sore from yesterday haha! We done occuluded work in legs 2 which Kuba did warn me would HURT hahaha but felt great on the knee which is a huge win

Leg day today and check in day! Feeling happy with the look and as always if Kuba is happy then I am happy- less thinking more doing and training hard! Working until 6pm today so will get a nice early night sleep tonight

Off-season 1 per week but not going crazy and roughly tracking the macrosIn a prep I’ve not done a cheat meal/off plan meal – rather a refeed if the body needs it
