pull day on the menu today! doing my 20 minute morning walk to my dads house this morning for a coffee and to see him and then head back home for my clients before getting ready to train.
I have a couple of clients post training today so will shift my training a bit earlier so that training isn’t rushed at all, usually I train around 1pm but today I will aim for 12

hey Andreea, just echoing the above here! sometimes I have niggles appear on a deload, its almost like things we wouldn’t notice while we are full steam ahead.Sometimes from how I sleep, sit or move. Try to get in for a sports massage to treat the area 🙂

rest day today, bit of a busy day today with posing clients 🙂
yesterdays push session was good with the new additions, still have some work to do on the execution of some movements – more so to make things less difficult for myself haha!
after my clients today I will go and spend some time with my sister 🙂 using these days to really spend more time with family 🙂 x

echoing the above here and it is all dependant on your meal timings as well as how you feel with your intra – some people will have half prior and half during, some will just have their intra during their workout – but both are person dependant

push day today and we have made some adjustments to the training plan – still rocking with one on one off but we have added in some extra movements in sessions – today in push we have some quad extensions and then made a switch in legs for banded pendulum and smith squats over hack as I have been having some issues with my knees using the hack. so stepping away from the trigger and supplementing the exercises 🙂

rest day today, legs was a good session yesterday, found that hacks were the movement that flare my knees up! they aren’t feeling too bad today which is a positive
today I have no clients so really having a chill day with family
Check in this morning saw weight at 71.3kg all in all feeling really happy with how things are going 🙂

legs going down today!! I woke up this morning with a bit of a sore area on my back so will do some rolling and stretching before my clients. just feels really tight! this morning I have 2 online clients before heading to training. again woken up and knees feel normal so feeling happy going into this session

rest day today!! had a great pull session yesterday!! finally got my RDL for 200kg which made me so happy! Plan for today is really to chill and recover ready for legs tomorrow
knees are feeling much better this end of the week which is positive!

back to the gym today! for pull!!!
yesterday took a bit of a funny turn, had an awful headache which stems from my eyes in the afternoon which is much better this morning, so fingers crossed it was a one off yesterday
looking forward to todays session again today I have a couple of posing clients before training and then later on this afternoon 🙂

Hey Keenan,
do you have any stress management techniques in place? this could really help! also when you are taking your BP making sure you are chill, legs uncrossed, sat upright and making sure the cuff fits properly and isn’t too tight.
Also as a measure I would suggest taking the TBJP nutrition LOVE HEART supp!
