Good evening everyone, but if a later update than normal as I’ve been all day with online clients which has been amazing!
Rest day today and knees are feeling a bit better! Check in this morning saw 70.5kg which was exciting! Never been here before but happy with how we are looking at this weight and how my mindset has responded to the weight increase these past few months

took a walk to my dads house this morning for a coffee and catch up again which was lovely!

hey, so definitely echoing the above here, I prefer to weigh everything from raw weight for accuracy. As Nathan mentioned some foods either gain or lose weight after cooking, so if you do cooked weight you would have to make sure that things are tracked however raw weight makes things more accurate. If you bulk from raw weight you can then once cooked divide it into exactly what you need π

I think as above the cuff exercises will be king here! Above the elbow rather than wrist (for obvious reasons) also keeping the leg sessions in as well like you are doing is great

yesterday was so fun helping people pose all day!! I had so many different categories which was really nice as well π
today on the menu is legs, feeling a little tired today from yesterday but nothing too crazy!
legs will consist of:
lying ham curl
adductor
hack squat
paused leg press
leg extension
split squat
abs
calves

Hey Clark, echoing above here with what Clare has said, if its not extremely painful or feel injured then it may just be very tight. I would try to do mobility and stretching on the area and making sure you are getting a good warm before you train. Also consider getting some soft tissue work on that area π

hey James, I would swap out the exercise if it is causing pain, honestly no point in pushing on with them if you are getting pain – switch for an alternative. I would also try to go and see a physio or sports therapist to get it looked at and find the cause.

Bit of a topsy turvy evening last night as I started to really not feel good, not too sure what it was. So feeling a little more tired than usual this morning
Pull on the menu later today as well as having 2 online posing clients today
Really enjoying training at the moment, feeling like things are getting better which makes me happy! Just have to keep pushing forward now
