pull session going down today 🙂 this morning has been a good one, going to go for another walk after I’ve done a bit more work as I have some restless legs today!

On the agenda today is training, posing clients and seeing dad again this evening 🙂 and making sure I get my fluid intake in 🙂 xx

echoing the above here, eating after clen doesn’t really alter the effects. No matter what you do routine wise whether you have fasted cardio or morning steps and using clen, I would just take it upon wake 🙂

Hey Pascal, so sorry to hear about that!! wishing you all a speedy recovery!

Agree with Kiera here, trying a training block in which you are focussing more on lower body while your wrist is healing and also using more pin loaded machines so you aren’t picking up and worrying about plates – and using cuffs (around your elbows) for upper movements on the cables and once your wrist is healed, making sure you work on mobility 🙂

Hey Kris, sorry to hear about your thumb. I do unfortunately feel like docs can be a little dramatic, they will always prescribe rest before anything but honestly if you can train around it then I would. I would for sure try upper sessions, by making changes to how you do your movements such as using cuffs, changing grip and using straps.

hey hey, so as Clare said this might have something to do with how you are executing the movement! I would also try to get some treatment on this area as you may find that this will help if you are having tightness or niggles in that area that may be stopping you from performing these movements painfree

Hey Clark, definitely agree with the above, it does seem like a lot of fluid intake there.

I would try to reduce it to maybe around 5-7litres

And as for using it to get food down, you could try different ways of prepping/cooking it so its may be not as dry or different seasonings for taste

check in this morning saw weight at 69.6kg – we have consistently been settling in the 69s this week. recovery has been good, sleep has been better (bar data from last night), appetite has been better as well 🙂

16 weeks post Olympia now and still a couple of months now until 2022 season prep starts 🙂 definitely feeling better mentally this time post show through now which has allowed me to really focus on the task at hand

Hey Elias, hope you feel better soon

I would try to eat your rest day foods, and not rush back to training, making sure to stay hydrated, and as mentioned above, getting some good quality health supps on the go

Hey Derek, sorry to hear that!!

Completely agree here with the above on the approach of getting back into the swing of things! don’t try to aim to be hitting failure on sets straight away, stopping short of failure to begin with and working at a reduced volume and assessing how you are feeling after sessions

Also making sure to keep on top of things with your health supps and nutrition as well as making sure you are hydrated 🙂
