Upper day today! Working 9-6pm today but have a gap before my meeting as a client is out so I will be able to train then 🙏🏾 had a good and needed rest yesterday feeling ready for the day ahead

Rest day today! Check in done this morning and fasted steps! Appetite is definitely firing as feeling more hungry which is such a win hehe! Finish work at 7pm tonight so will get to have some chill time this evening and then early night sleep

Leg day today – good session however knees felt a bit jacked up today! With aiming for progress each session knees have taken a bit of a bashing this past week! So will get some body work on my next 1/2 day

Upper – shoulder focus today – honestly felt tired today sleep wasn’t great last night but was a good session either way!! Which is always a bonus! Had work this morning just 2hours and client work this afternoon! And then chill time and early night

Leg day today – was very sore today as trained legs just on Tuesday and in that session took everything up so was still feeling it today! Either way was a good session – long day at work today but for our weekly meeting we were taken out to lunch which was lovely
