Leg day today! Had a great session! Numbers up which felt good and finished up with some posing going over mandatory poses as in the offseason I get very tight on one side

Leg day today – was another good session! Trained earlier than usual today but really good session – had work 10-12 which was nice and now getting rest of steps in and spending the afternoon with the family
