    Leg day today! Had a great session! Numbers up which felt good and finished up with some posing going over mandatory poses as in the offseason I get very tight on one side

    Rest day today – I am feeling rather beat today so really just resting up ahead of the upcoming week! Had a lovely walk this morning getting steps in and Zach birthday today

    Leg day today – was another good session! Trained earlier than usual today but really good session – had work 10-12 which was nice and now getting rest of steps in and spending the afternoon with the family

    Okay so you are looking for budget friendly protein ideas?? – getting some TBJP whey protein powder and clear whey, bulk buying chicken you can get at relatively good prices, same as white fish – and using the amount needed in order to get you to protein goal
