    Great leg session today and overall just in a good mood today!! Definitely feeling the impact of the increase d3 on my mood – very busy work day today but getting it done! Also had a lovely FaceTime with Megs this morning

    Rest day today – very busy work day today 9-8pm so making sure I have everything I need as I now have these 2x per week! Iโ€™m my break will go home to chill and then back to wirk

    Rest day today much needed I feel thrashed!! Meal prep today and really trying to chill before week starts again tomorrow as work is getting very busy now

    Ideally none post legs as Michaela mentioned can you use legs as your non cardio day and shift intensity with cardio on another day? If not an incline walk

    Had work this morning ๐Ÿ˜Š and then had a leg session! Really good leg session today which was great! After legs I had a client come in for an in person posing session which was lovely

    Check in day and upper session today – I have a 1/2 day at work so I will be training afterwork ๐Ÿ˜Š good was upped on Wednesday and itโ€™s going in well so far
