rest day today 🙂 had a posing clients this morning and this evening, also had a hair appointment in the middle of the day and finished up by seeing my dad and just making sure he is okay, will pop round tomorrow a bit earlier when he isn’t too tired or in pain and spend time with him and my little sister
feeling rested today and excited for legs tomorrow

I would say that there isn’t a specific machine that is best for post workout cardio, if incline walking and bike are doing the job then no need to change them 🙂 you can also try doing HIIT changing the intensity in which you are doing your cardio

great day today!! feeling so much better and also had a cracking pull session today- from updated training plan 🙂 here is what went down:
Straight arm pull down – 1 set 15-20 reps
1 set of single leg standing leg curl 12-15 reps
1 set of barbell RDL 10-12
Single arm dumbell row – 1 set 8-10 1 set 12-15
Pronated grip seated row – 1 set 8-10 1 set 12-15
Lat bias Single arm DY row 1 set 8-10 1 set 12-15
Lat bias Single arm prone cable pulldown 2 sets of 8-10
Rear delt row cable row 8-10 10-12 plus 1 drop
everything felt good and feeling better in myself today, readiness for training today was so much better

another rest day in the books today, feeling much better than I did on Saturday and Friday! nor so congested in my head and sinuses at the moment!
weight this morning was very much the same as yesterday sitting at 68.5kg
goals for this week are to keep up with my sleep routine as this is FINALLLLYYYYYYYYY locked in!! sleep has been getting better and honestly something I’ve struggled with for years! also to get my new training locked in 🙂

Hey Martin, yes I completely agree that if you’ve had some bad quality from supermarkets then head to your local butchers for meat 100% and as meg said, if you are strapped for time then using meal companies for bulk meat is also an option 🙂

still a bit poorly at the moment! had a good check in this morning though which made me happy! Still fighting this head cold! so been on a rest day today and going to take another one tomorrow, today I just focussed on my steps and resting when I could

as many have mentioned above this is completely based on the individual – during prep when carbs can be lower, you can prioritise these around training and offseason can afford for a more equal placement throughout your meals but again this all depends on your goals and what suits you and your lifestyle best

Great push session today!! Even though I wasn’t feeling 100 percent well! I think I’m getting a bit of a head cold! Felt quite congested and have a bit of a headache!

Lovely and much needed rest day today! I had treatment this morning predominately on my back and quads! Feeling pretty beat up though after it!!

Hey Evan, as Adam mentioned doing iso holds on leg extension or leg press before training can help a lot, this is something I used to do when I had really bad patellar tendonitis when I was a diver
Also dry needling treatment can help a ton and also shockwave

Pull day going down today! Training a little earlier than usual today as I have an appointment at 2pm and a client at 3pm!
This session is one that I ran when I was last up in rotherham so kuba made some adjustments to my execution in this session so I’m excited to get stuck in today and make sure I’m still making the changes
Woke up this morning with a bit of a headache, I had one yesterday as well, not too sure what is triggering it or why but making sure I’m staying as hydrated as possible

Hey everyone so today was rest day! I had some errands to run in Bromley and also took my sister out for lunch this afternoon which was lovely and then I went to crystal palace to meet up with some old divers as a gathering for my old coach who recently passed away ❤️
