Hey Aaron, some people weigh raw and some weigh cooked, I would say do what is easier for you and what suits your lifestyle and is the same macros as what you are needing ?
I do raw just as it’s the way I’ve done it always and fits with my little system that I meal prep

Quad day with ham touch up went downnnnnn today!!
Todays session layout was:
Lying ham
Leg extension
Reverse banded hack
Banded leg press
DB walking lunges
Adductor
Calves
Everything felt really good today!! Sent top sets over to kuba after training to make sure execution is where it needs to be! Still some work to do on some movements but we are getting thereeeee ?
Knees feeling fresh today as well which makes me happy!! Getting back to regular treatment now that my guy is back off holiday so this should help a ton as well!!
12 weeks now until we start prep!! Can’t waste a single day!!! First showing will be September 10th in the states, there are two shows on this day so we will pick which one sooner but show date goal is 10 sept and also applying for the Arnold’s which will be 2 weeks after ?

I agree with Clare here and try to tidy up before entering into a gaining phase, get back in plan, keep up with movement, stay hydrated, get back into training and see how you adjust to that and then you can reassess

Today is rest day and we are going to be staying on 1 on 1 off training for the foreseeable future! It’s working well at the moment and able to manage recovery!
So with it being rest day today, I went to kings this morning to work on some posing focusing more so on my back pose! I’ve noticed lately that it is really hunched at the moment so spent time breaking it down
Tomorrow back to the gym for quad day and I’m feeling excited just hope my new bands arrive in time

Hey everyone so today has been an amazing day! I had an in person posing day at kings gym from 9am – 2:30pm and then I trained push after! I felt good for it and not too tired! Made some improvements with numbers today which was a bonus!!
Kuba asp updated my timeline today after check in!! So we have just 12 weeks left to push and make our improvements before we lock it in and get this season underway!! Couldn’t be more excited right now xxx

Hey hey, so as mentioned above you can try different washes and creams for acne such as the benzoyl peroxide and accutane! I would also suggest (if not doing already) but trying to shower soon after cardio and training to help avoid breakouts!
I really hope you can find a solution soon so you can start to feel better! Stay positive ?

Today has been a rest day! I’ve felt a little meh today, had a mega headache all day and not too sure why whether it’s vax related or not! But other than that been a lovely chill day with family

today I had hams and it was a good session, connecting more now with hams which is always fun!!
really have my mojo back with training and excited for 2022 for everything! entering the new year with a grateful heart and excitement for what it may have in store!

Hey Hari, this is very dependant on how your body is responding at the moment! If you are dropping weight at this current output then I would carry on as you are until you are finding that you are stalling then push on

hey Daniel, so depending on how your week is set up/how much time you have – you can prep meals for 2-3 days but if you have time you can prep your meals fresh in the mornings or night before 🙂

rest day today! its been lovely! went for a walk with mum today and also went for a coffee with connie in Canary Wharf
today I also had to get my covid vaccine, not by any choice but only now because America has changed the rule for that you have to be fully vaxxed in order to gain entry 🙁

pull/delt day today 🙂 everything felt really good! still still still got some work to do on execution on pull just nailing the connection with movements! I’ve never really had a great connection when using my back but all in all a positive session today, finishing up with some posing practice!
I want everything to be much better next year from physique to mindset to posing – literally everything x
