I would for sure say biggest difference would be digestion, I find that COR digests really well and also tastes so good

Rest day today!! Was a lovely afternoon seeing megs and Kuba while they stopped in London and then i got some steps in around London bridge before getting the train back
This evening i went to see my grandma as well!! Really utilising my time at home because i know before long it will be time to leave again!
Also with consideration of my recent blood results we are going to start HRT so i will keep you posted with this

legs done today at kings!! was a really good session and again knees were great 🙂 strength still isn’t amazing but its getting there!
Outside of training I have just been trying to spend time with family, meal prep and work on my bootcamp

Check in this morning saw my weight at 67,8kg (I’ll add my check in photo)
Today has been a rest day so I went over to see my dad, sister and step mum, and we spent the day out and about which has been absolutely lovely!
Looking forward to getting stuck into legs tomorrow after such a positive session on Thursday ?

what a wonderful Christmas Day! first one with family since 2019 which was wonderful!
just all in all a love family day, a day of unwinding and de stressing! which has been amazing!!

Hey Clark! As Clare said, looking at this, it looks good!! And really comes down to how you feel with it and training after one meal/digestion also. But if all works for you and is all good then i would continue 🙂

Rest day today which has been lovely! Went for a lovely family walk this morning before the rain came down hahah!! Spending the evening at my dads house seeing my stepmom, little sister, uncle and grandma <3

Quad session was great today!! zero knee pain, and actually felt everything in my quads today!! sometimes when my knees flare up I struggle to feel the connection so today was another win
we also got my blood test results back – which saw my TSH, T4, T3 in much better place than August which is a huge relief! We are now back in good ranges 🙂 however my test was through the floor low which explains how I’ve been feeling lately but getting plans in place to combat this

Insure can be typically used around high carb meals. I tend to use mine first thing in the AM with meal 1 as its one of my higher carb meals 🙂

rest day today!! spending today with family and later heading over to see my auntie as its her birthday today!!
morning routine went wonderfully this morning 🙂 routine helps me so much mentally and stop me from feeling lost 🙂
also had some posing clients this morning and working on my monthly posing packages which will be launching next year 🙂
