    good push session today at kings! followed by some body work after the session!

    Was happy check in today, weight back up a bit and appetite is coming back which is a positive 🙂

    Worked through a new morning routine which I will put in place in the morning 🙂 xx

    trying to work with micro progressions using the smaller increment plates as well as trialling different hinge movements like meg suggested as well as different rep ranges 🙂

    rest day today and travelled back to London from the weekend away seeing megs and Kuba! its been such a lovely weekend 🙂

    Weight this morning was 66.6kg so down a touch from yesterday, appetite hasn’t been amazing as of late but today has been a bit better! main goal for this week is to nail routine (sleep priority)

    One thing that I probably find most accurate with my Fitbit is the steps! Best way is to also have a consistent route and routine when getting in your steps to help check it also ?

    Trained Hams (with a touch of quad) today with Megs at ultra flex before I leave to go home tomorrow ? even though I didn’t feel 100 percent during, it was still a great session!

    Check in this morning saw my weight at 67kg so down 1kg from Tuesday!

    Knees felt good and something I want to keep on top of moving forward ?

    Soreness isn’t always a good thing as Clare mentioned above however some is acceptable. If it’s becoming too much to recover from between sessions then I would potentially drop volume or give yourself some more rest in between sessions ?

    Another great day today up in rotherham ? trained today pull again but really had Kuba and Meg over see my form as I struggle to really connect with my posterior at times!

    Excited to go over legs tomorrow ?

    Lots of rest and sushi this evening hehe ?

    Hey Craig, definitely agree with Clare here!! I would look at having a carb dense meal pre bed and then hydrating on wake and having a good solid intra with carbs, eaas and salt

    Travelled up north today again to see Megs for the weekend!

    It’s a rest day for me today before hitting legs tomorrow at ultra flex ?

    Also went for a lovely meal with Megs, phoebe and Jayde ❤️

    pull and delt day today!! really good session today especially after treatment on Monday!! I can finally feel my right lat activating and actually moving which is great!! After my session today I again had some body work done which felt great!!

    This evening I have been planning out my next steps and getting creative with some ideas for future projects, also prepped my meals for tomorrow as I head up north to camp Sylvester-Cielen 🙂

    Check in day today! Weight was at 68kg this morning!! Body felt a bit beaten up today after treatment yesterday however training was still okay!! Running one on one off so resting tomorrow should have me feeling right 🙂

    I also had posing clients today which was lovely!! Especially coaching some of my old clients and seeing how much they have transformed is just incredible!!

    Definitely not a waste of time!!i would get it added into your routine whether you pop it in, morning, post WO or even pre bed! Great tool for recovery, mobility and flexibilty
