Rest day today and treatment day!! My gosh I feel beaten up after treatment! But it was so necessary! Now that I am home I’m booked in weekly to get treatment! To help keep on top of everything!
This morning I left Barnsley to head back to London after such a lovely weekend!

Hi 🙂 sorry to hear about your impingement, hoping you are back to it soon! So I wouldn’t exactly say that there is supp that will help but definitely strengthening the area as well as exercises to help open up the area to release it. But I would for sure speak to your sports therapist about some rehab work to do in order to help with the issue and create a game plan to recovery

Back to training today which felt really good!! I have been resting since Tuesday so today felt good to get back!! Had a great session today training push with megs!! Movements are feeling good but I still must work on my execution which I know will come with time!! Tomorrow is rest day as I am still hitting one on one off, I am going back to London tomorrow morning to have treatment on my shoulder and pretty much whole right side of my body 🙂

What an amazing day!!! Being a bridesmaid for Meg and Kubas wedding was nothing short of an honor!! What an incredible wedding it was!! Seeing these two amazing individuals get married has been wonderful!!

So another rest day today, traveling up north for the wedding of megs and Kuba!! Ahh I’m so excited for them!
Also got treatment booked in for Monday as I feel a bit beaten up from traveling!
It’s been amazing being home so far, just need to get my routine on lock now and get stuck right in!! 1 week until we make our first push of offseason x

oh most definitely! allows you to do a multitude of things therefore being able bulk prep meal as well! I also find it makes food taste really good 🙂

finally back in the uk after what has been the most amazing time away!! I got back yesterday but jet lag hit me like a ton of bricks 🙁
we are resting until routine is spot on then back to training!! I can’t wait to get stuck back in!!
Today has been a busy one, unpacking and re packing ready for a weekend up north to watch my best friend megs get married!! I am so excited for her 🙂

Leaving Orlando today ? but will be my last trip home to sort everything out before my new chapter!
As it’s a travel day today it’s been a rest day and we will rest tomorrow as well when I arrive ?
Weight this morning had a slight drop to 67.5kg but feeling really good at the moment still! Just working on managing my recovery

I know you have mentioned you feel fine so far and do it to fit all in the slot you have before work! But I’m sure there may be a more effective way to approach this ?

Penultimate day here in Orlando before leaving tomorrow but will be amazing to be home for a while before starting my new chapter at the end of January!
So today wasn’t a check in day – we have gone from daily to Tuesday and Sundays
Today is also a rest day since we implemented one on one off ?

Really agree with the points made above!! Echoing the point that here cals seem a little low so increasing your marker to 2000 and then increasing weekly and assess how you feel and look ?

It’s been a great Sunday today!! Had hams on the menu today! It was a good session today! After check in today and how this week has gone we are going to reassess training split and insert 1 on 1 off training to help recovery! I have struggled a touch with recovery at the moment so implementing this should help a lot ?
