Not much to report today! Great training session but that’s about it really! Unsure with how to feel currently about things when spanners keep getting thrown in the works!

By how you are feeling and how things are going on the day! Also reviewing the logbook on previous sessions as a go to! Progression doesn’t have to be a huge leap in weight, it can be improving by 0.5, 2.5 anything like that! Also progression could be within the reps also

Positive push session in the books today!! Finally made a break though on some numbers!! I find my progression on push slower but we are getting there! I also had posing clients this morning and evening! And finished off my steps after my last client and before my pre bed meal x

Lovely rest day today!! I had 3 posing clients today! Cardio this AM at 40mins and we have also made some changes!
I also have just 10 days left in the UK before starting the journey to the Olympia! With the rules still being in place I have to stay out of the UK for 14 days again before heading to the USA so I will be heading to Dubai first next Sunday xx

Hey Elias, you are in a good condition here and I would think about having a growing phase from here, increasing calories, and train hard ? and totally agree with what Lee says most importantly enjoy it ? let us know how you get on ?

In terms of rehab, I would firstly to a professional for a diagnosis to be sure of what’s going on 100 percent and then you can get a plan of action in regards to rehab from there

Morning guys! Had a really good back workout down at kings mitcham yesterday! Had a super busy day at work so I literally ran in for an hour and trained in between! I trained pretty light yesterday and tried to really focus on squeezing and contracting my back muscles and to be honest it felt great! I’m not in a position to be moving heavy poundages on my back with my injury so I need to focus on training like this until I’m fully recovered! Worked most of the evening got in around 10pm ate and pretty much went to bed! I’m up early for cardio today as I’ve got another busy day booked in! Hitting legs at some point which I will be hitting from a similar point of you that I did with my legs! Weight hasn’t dropped full back down yet but sitting at 83.5kgs this morning! Was feeling very hungry yesterday!
How has your back been?? is it feeling any better?

today was legs!! it was such a good session!! improvements made on most exercises as well as working on feedback for my execution of some exercises 🙂
cardio this AM was 30 mins which I religiously do on my bike and then I have a 2k step goal straight after 🙂 todays total step count was 10k which has been spread nicely throughout the day and can now get my feet up this evening and be with family as its not long until I leave again!! it only just feels like I’ve come home! but im so excited to start the journey back to the Olympia 🙂 xx

If you go into settings and then diary settings there is a tab called “customise meal names” and in there you can change them to whatever you’d like ?

Really good pull session yesterday!! Some numbers were up!! Weirdly grip was real iffy in the session and some movements fatigued so quickly! However upper back row has started to feel really good!! I had online posing clients in the morning and evening which was lovely! Early night as tiredness is slowly hitting now! Looking forward to getting some treatment as well!

Definitely didn’t press post yesterday ? so two logs in one today!!
Rest day yesterday – cardio AM 40 mins and 2k steps afterwards which was so nice because the mornings are so crisp at the moment! I had in person posing all day at kings gym which I just enjoy so much!! I then went to see my grandma as it was her surprise birthday and honestly it was just so lovely to see her and see how happy she was ❤️
So today we have push!! For my push sessions I train at muscle works Orpington, I will also have a posing client before I train and then I’ll get stuck into my session! Looking forward to push!! Need to grow these little pebbles into pumpkins hahah!!

Whats about fruita and vegg?
Whats your fav fruits and vegs not causing any digest issue and farts?
There can definitely be some fruits and veg that can cause digestion issues especially if having a lot of them!
As hilly said I would have a browse into low fodmap foods for sure!

Legs done today and was such a positive session!! Mind felt good and body felt good which made for a good session!! Checked in this morning as well, still no shift in weight but trying not to stress! Lady cycle started today could potentially explain the stall but not overthinking right now haha!! Just doing the do daily, ticking the boxes and putting one foot in front of the other!!
