I agree with Kam here, do you have a diagnosis for what you have done to your knee?? And if not I would make the first step of seeking treatment from a Physio so that you can get to the root of the issue and start working it back ?

I agree with above, if it’s been consistent then it shouldn’t be a problem but you don’t want to be adding things in as prep goes along

Hey hey, tefal do a good rice cooker! In terms of water to rice ratio, I always think this depends on the amount you are cooking! But I always go with having the water a fingertip above the rice

Good back and bicep session today! I’m this session I have a pull variation which I alternate between rdl and sldl! Today was sldl just one set at 15/16 reps which I done for 275lb!
Everything is still feeling good training wise across the board expect for a few little niggles, energy is here and there (utilising naps as and when I can haha) but all in all feeling in a much more positive place! Time to keep pushing on xxx

Push day today!! Numbers up today but still quite niggly in my right shoulder 🙁 session was still strong though!! Tad tired today, been power napping like a rock in between, steps cardio and clients! But on a plus side sleep has got so much better especially with the dream sleep xx

Leg day was a good one today!! Still a little sore from my session Monday but nothing too crazy!! Numbers are still good which is a positive! Cardio done this morning and finishing off my steps this evening around the lake!! Something about the lake laps which is so peaceful and gets my mind in a happy little place x

Heating it up should be no worries at all! Personally I don’t as I like to have my whey separate when it’s with meals but heating it with your cor/oats or anything like that is fine ?

Rest day today! Busy day today with posing clients but it truly makes me happy helping people pose!! Just finishing up getting my steps in this evening around the mall as it’s raining here at the moment!! I’m really looking forward to tomorrow with top 5 WPD Olympian Ivie!! Super excited xx

It’s been a great day today!! I was invited to FAM Tampa to help with their posing clinic which was an amazing turn out!! It was so nice to network and help figure athletes pose this afternoon!!
I also trained back and biceps at FAM early afternoon before the posing clinic, followed by my 30 mins cardio ? xx
