Had such a great time at universal yesterday!! Today I had push, steady numbers today!
Weight was down again today and things are getting sharper which is a positive and day to keep pushing and another day closer xxx

Legs done this morning! Feeling better today! Sometimes I need a bit of time to reflect and then I’m set straight! Legs was a real good session today! Numbers improved and also a lot less knee pain which makes me happy!! Everything has been done for the day, cardio training and clients so Zach is taking me out this afternoon to universal which I’m super excited about ? time to hit some steps and rides ?

I wouldn’t ignore this, I would see if you could get booked in to see a Physio or sports therapist to check up on it and get some treatment done to avoid further issues

Rest day today! Not going to lie, I’ve felt very low in myself today and haven’t quite been able to shake it, so it’s just been a head down and get everything that needs to be done DONE kind of day! I’m not too sure why I’m feeling like this today but Tomorrow is a new day and my favourite session tomorrow which I’m looking forward to! X

Completely agree with the above! I would most definitely seek medical attention on the time line to get back into training to make sure that risk of it happening again is minimal

Hey Logan, I usually have mine about an hour pre bed like Megs and Kam! Which for sure helps with digestion!

So today was delts and arms, shoulder was feeling good today as well! So the treatment I had has really helped, I’ll try to get some more this week if he has availability! Also today after my check in, we may have decided on a change of plans but nothing is set in stone just yet! I will keep you all updated xx

Legs today, knee feeling in a good place no issues this session!! Having treatment the other day has worked wonders!! Training environment was different today, as I’m in Miami!
Weight was the same this morning so we may have some changes tomorrow but I’ll keep you guys updated xx

Rest day today!! And a happy check in day today as well!! Couldn’t be happier with how things are going at the moment changes are coming daily!! Also had a huge FaceTime catch up with Megs which was so lovely!! Cardio all done and steps this afternoon to finish what has been a lovely day xxx

Had push today, which was a good session! Also had treatment today!! I don’t know why but whenever I have the graston tool used on me, I heave ?? not from the pain but the feeling!! My therapist must have thought I was a right weirdo haha!! But all in all it was great, I feel a little beat up but niggles have eased poses treatment!! Xx

Good day today!! Felt real good after yesterday’s rest day and early night!! This morning was only 25 mins cardio done and also it was legs a today! My knees felt really good in my session today, no pain which was great!! About to finish up my steps this evening with a lap around the lake and get set for another early night 🙂
