Rest day today, it’s been a good one! We have also made some changes just for the next 3 days, taking cardio down to 25mins upon wake.
Got everything done nice and early today, steps, cardio, work so that I can rest up this evening! Feeling a tad tired today so another early bed for me this evening along with some dream sleep

Hey Keenan, 20 mins on wake shouldn’t be a problem with being an hour or so away from starting your session. As Meg said this can help aid your digestion and get you set for your session

Delt and arms today which was a good session!! I walked to the gym today which was about 30 mins! I’ve also been getting prepared for my posing bootcamp which is starting on Sunday which I’m super excited about! I was also happy with my check in today things are changing daily now which is super exciting 🙂

Legs B today!! Was a good session!! Honestly today is one of the first where energy has been a bit low and things have felt tough! But that’s part and parcel of prep so no complaints and we keep pushing!! All in all today has been a good day!! Very early night for me tonight and ready for tomorrow xx

Rest day today!! Really happy with my check in this morning especially in comparison to just a week ago!! We are going to keep pushing as Ganges are happening!! Just off out again to get my last thousand steps in before relaxing this evening SM free and getting ready for training tomorrow x

Back and biceps done today! Really good session today! Started with a pull variation which I have the option of rdl/sldl. I went for an RDL today rep range was 15/16. It’s been a while since doing this movement but didn’t go to badly today hehe!!
In terms of prep, we are pushing hard now which excites me as we are changing more and more each day! Xx

Good day today!! Chest delt and triceps done today!! My second day on my new plan! And really enjoying everything so far!! Also not a lot of pain in my movements which is always a bonus!! This afternoon I went on a walk with Zach and Marvel in downtown orlando to finish up my steps!! Going to chill this evening ready for a new day tomorrow xx

Legs today!! First one of my new training split!! It was great!! Things felt good!! We are also checking in everyday now with visuals!! Can’t believe we are coming so close to show now! Also my show bikinis arrived today after we had a bit of a scare as they were signed for by a random person and I didn’t get them but after searching and making calls they are now safe and sound

Great delt and arm session today!! Not a session full of PBS but solely a session where everything felt really good!! Cardio postwo today with my bike sprints GAHHHH they are a killer but as I always say hehe they feel good afterwards! 10k steps today and fasted cardio this morning!! Tomorrow check in day again and some changes may be made x

As mentioned above, I think this is completely dependent on how you feel! Sometimes I like to train straight post show but more than likely I will rest and give my body a rest! As said as long as you are hydrated and have some good food in you, having a pump session won’t do you any harm x
