Hey Liam,
Having set steps is also okay for off-season but also many do implement having a touch of cardio in for health purposes and also endurance in the higher rep sets as BW increases. So having some in for health and performance reasons can be a benefit 🙂

Leg b today! Good session today!! 405lb deficit again today and it felt good! Getting more comfortable with this weight and execution! Knees felt much better today as well which was a plus!! Went for a lovely walk this morning in a new little place I discovered! Love scenic steps hehhe

Rest day today!! Fasted cardio on the bike this morning and afternoon on the xrrainer! Travelled back to Orlando today after being in Tampa yesterday for the NY pro!! It was such a good show and felt good to go and watch and catch up with people 🙂

I currently use a Fitbit solely to track my steps but heard great things regarding the oura ring especially for tracking things like sleep

Intolerance can definitely occur over time! As the above have mentioned I would try to introduce things like rice flakes, COR or even GF variants

Great leg session today!! Travelled back to Tampa today to train at powerhouse!! Not too sure why my knees are still sore but working around it to make sure I’m still getting quality sessions! Even with a bit of pain, numbers were up today which made me happy x

Today was rest day!! It’s been a good day!! I had a business call this morning and then I had a few posing clients which I enjoy so much!!! I managed to brake a tooth yesterday like a dummy! So I’m a little worried abo that but still managing to eat just slowly, need to find a dentist so I can get it sorted ASAP xxx

I don’t know where yesterday’s entry went!! But it was delt and arms!!! Great session and my delt felt good!! Cardio done in the AM and then it was bike time after the session!! It’s a killer but feels so good!! 3 mins warm up 6x 15 sec as hard as you can 90 secs in between and then 3 min cool down! Love it hehe!! Xxx

First session here in Orlando today!! I trained at iron religion! It was a great session! I felt a bit lost haha so much equipment and I was just unfamiliar in my surrounding so my session took a bit longer than usual but nonetheless it was a fab session!! Knees where a bit sore today which sucked a bit so will tiger balm them up and up my cure coming again to help!! Pulled 405lb sldl today which made me happy!! Xx
