Good day today!! Posing clients and a podcast today! This morning didn’t start so great – got a bit sick from the water! I completely forgot to avoid the tap water, but I washed my fruit and veg in them ? felt better this afternoon and training was a good session as well! Xx

Really good session today!! It was legs today! Starting rotation 2! Numbers were up today which was good and everything felt good!! Another session with little to no knee pain which has me so happy!! I was still a little battered from legs on Monday but it didn’t directly affect the session which was good!! A lot of warming and mobility!! Xxx

Hey Douglas, as many have said, a lot of people do this differently but I would track protein from the direct source! I have tracked veg previously but being consistent with it all there should be no worries ✨

I have never tried it before but know that many use it to relax, chill and sleep! But like anything I would to limit variables closer to show x

This can definitely be person dependant but as Jordan and Clare mention it allows for more progress over time x

My favourite meal is white fish and pasta or my JP cor with bluebs and whey!!
As Jimmy said I would write down a list of carb/pro/fat sources in which you like and then start to build from there 🙂
