Hey Lou!! So there are actually a couple of good gyms here in cancun!! Some lack air con but use big fans and opening the doors and shutters! I have found 2 good gyms here called iron gym and golden gym!! One has better equipment for upper and the other for lower especially having good deadlift bars as well x[/quote]

As long as form isn’t ultimately compromised in your last rep but that grind and intensity is there, I would say it’s not to far and you would be training to failure x

Check in day this morning! Weight was down a touch but we only implemented these on Wednesday so we are going to run another check in on Monday ✨ this morning I was a bit on a negative egg about my visuals but need to just stop overthinking! Anyways today I had a really good chest/delt/tricep session at iron gym! Xx

Legs day. Was okay! Micro progress here and there. I feel more stronger and much better with my actual body shape … however it’s not the aesthetic matter Here. Anyway working working on different things. Won some boring administrative war omg ?? adulting. Leaving a country after several years means lot of paper work fun!!! Ahah
Tmrw rest, but keep my cardio, lpf&posing w some mobility + working with some clients online. And some new design for my furniture and gym equipment ?❤ if you need a gym mat or a water bottle hit my ig page lol. … and others tasks! Productive mode on.How exciting Jessy!! Leg day is upon us!! I always get so excited for leg days as my hunger to improve them is just through the roof!! Here is what I will be doing today:
Ham curl
Adductor
Leg press
Smith squat
Leg extension
Then a tri set of:
Abductor
Hypers
Glute bridges
Then into leg raises and calves!!This morning I done some steps to get out of the apartment! And it’s another sunny day today which is lovely!! I’m currently in Starbucks for my daily cold brew and then I will head back and get ready to train!! Xx

I uploaded a log earlier this morning but it doesn’t seem to be here!! Today is rest day! Yesterday we made a couple of changes to diet as my weight has been steady! We have been checking weight daily keeping an eye on fluctuations! This morning I had some posing clients at my fav spot!! And then this afternoon I ventured to the beach to get some steps in and chill! Looking forward to the diet changes and seeing how this week goes 🙂 15 weeks out on Friday 🙂 xx

Today is delt and arms!! I’m going to go back to iron gym this afternoon to go and train!! This morning I had some posing clients and just out this morning on a walk to get some steps in!! Training has been really good at the moment and looking forward to today’s session!! Recovery has been much better and niggles have been much better as well!! 🙂 xx

Legs B today!! Tried out a different gym here in cancun called iron gym!! It was great!! Really good machines and good atmosphere for training!! I’m going to come back here tomorrow to train delt and arms as some of the equipment for upper is much better than where I have been at previously!! Another leg session with minimal knee pain!! I finally feel like I’m getting somewhere with this now!! Xxx

Another good day today, firmly stayed away from Mexican tap water today hahah!! Trained Back and biceps today! Really focussing on connecting with the movements for back so today was a much better session. This afternoon I am out getting my hair braided again 🙂
Then will go out and get the rest of my 10k steps done 🙂 nothing much else to really report today!! other than 16 weeks out now!! 🙂 xxx
