    Back and biceps done today!! Which was such a good session!! Some numbers matched and some improved so I’m a happy ree today!! This morning I had some posing clients then went out to get the majority of my steps in, tomorrow is rest day so will be the first day of cardio ? I’m actually excited for this hehe I love AM cardio as I feel like it sets me up for the day ✨ xxxx

    Today’s session was a good one! Been a bit stuck with high incline smith press but finally broke through today in this rotation! It always feels like a little win when things finally click especially in a push session!!

    Check in was good today feeling happier with how things are! We are introducing some cardio now on rest days so 2x per week – 25 mins each xx

    I prefer having a structured plan however I think if you are doing IIFYM with clean foods and doing lifestyle or have the flexibility in off-season then that is fine but I think when looking to comp prep structured is best x

    Bitter sweet session today!! Well it was a great session haha but I’m in a gym where people run to your aide when it’s not exactly needed (nice gesture but some are rep thieves)

    Numbers upped on leg press today – had a rep thief try to come to the rescue but politely mid set tried to tell them to leave it but language barrier failed me miserably!! So just kept pushing until failure!!

    Other than that little incident haha everything felt really good today! Especially with these granny knees!! Trying to rely on my wraps less and less and only use them in my top set! This has been such a help!

    Tomorrow is push and check in day ✨

    Lovely rest day today!! Client work this morning and a couple of calls followed by heading out to the beach to chill for the rest of the day which was lovely!! Feeling rested and ready to hit legs tomorrow ? all my niggles are feeling much better at the moment but still looking to see if I can get some body work while I’m out here xx

    Really good session today!! Finally got some good numbers in my delt and arm day! I done most of my steps this morning after my posing clients so I will go for a little walk this evening to complete them! Also today is the first day putting anavar back in since the Olympia!

    I think this is individual and level of intolerance and reaction so I would start with working out to what you can tolerate almost like a process of elimination x

    It’s doesn’t look out of range or sus but as the team have mentioned, like anything if you are experience anything concerning or things change then I would consult a GP ?

    Weight down a touch again this morning and I’m feeling a lot more comfortable! Had a really good leg session today!! Pulled 405lbs again today however next session with this pull I’m going to focus on getting more of a deadstop with each rep so I’m going to pull back on weight a touch so I can nail this!!

    I am feeling really good mentally and physically at the moment and really feel ready for what’s to come! Like whatever it takes mentality is in and ready to go places I’ve never been before! I’m excited for this season xx

    Rest day today! And it’s been a lovely one!! Long FaceTime with mother dearest for Mother’s Day catch up!! Had some posing clients and prepped my food for the next few days! Love using my Sunday rest days to prepare for the week ahead!! Tomorrow we go in with legs B and as always I’m excited for it!! Tomorrow morning again I will check in with Corinne ? I hope everyone has had an amazing Sunday! X

    Good day today!! This morning I had some posing clients which was lovely! And then had a huge catch up with Megs which was lovely also!! I then had back and biceps! Beat some numbers today which is always a win of the day, and back to feeling such a good connection again with my back movements xxx
