Great day today!! Rest day for me today!! Hit my cardio this morning and most of my steps on a beach walk this morning! Then had a really cool but different photo shoot today which was fun!! Going to head out later for another walk and try to catch the sunset! Where I’m staying this weekend is just breathtaking!! Prepped all meals before heading here yesterday so haven’t had to stress or worry about food or warming anything up! Xx

Today has been awesome! Cydney Gillon and Gary Udit held a seminar here in cancun as part of a retreat! And it has been super insightful! Gary was also judging the Olympia so it was nice to get some feedback from him as well from my look then and also my current physique! Cardio done this morning and trained back and biceps! And currently out getting my steps in between the next event here 🙂 xxx

Not a super wild day today! Chest delt and tricep session went down today! I felt a little off today it’s been super hot again today!! Nevertheless still got a good session in today!! X

Today was legs A – starting back in with rotation 2! Was a good session today!! The temperature has gone right up here so was a very tough session but a really good one!! Numbers were steady in this session which made me happy!!! Things are feeling really good at the moment! Check in day tomorrow ✌???

Rest day today!! It’s been a lovely one!! Fasted cardio – 25 mins this morning and some posing clients which I love doing!! This afternoon I stayed local and went to the mall and done some work at Starbucks and had a walk around to hit my steps 🙂 xx

Delt and arm day today!! ?? bit of a later than usual session today because of the lack of ubers here today which is super strange but tried not to stress!!
Also yesterday feedback with my deficit dead’s, I like to make sure I send videos to Corinne to make sure I’m getting execution correct on my exercises! Next rotation I need to make sure I’m not stiffing these but rather reverting to a conventional pull with a knee bend ?

I use flavdrops occasionally in my coffees but sometimes the sugar free sauces can cause a bit of upset with digestion also they sometimes aren’t always true to the labels. If you get on with them with no digestive issues then give them a go

Good morning ✨ today is leg day and we have sldl in there today! Usually on this rotation it would with the trap bar however the gym most recently got rid of it 🙁 so we are making it a deficit today! Excited to give it a try again today! Had a really lovely rest day yesterday

Rest day today!! Wasn’t check in day but I always start the morning with a couple of posing rounds so this is a shot from this morning! This morning was also cardio day just 25 mins this morning before meal 1!! It felt so good to do some cardio (I love it) but stuck to my amount and bpm!! This afternoon I’m heading out to explore and hit the rest of my steps!! Xx

Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful mums ?
Today is leg day for me – paused, banded pendulum will be the compound of today’s sessions – I have some big numbers to hit after last session so I’ve got that nervy belly haha a good one though!
Some posing FaceTimes with my clients to start the morning though. And did some training with the dogs this morning – I’ll admit I’d not done much with them for some time that’s bad of me it’s good to build a bond with them via this and to stimulate there brain to tire them out haha. Plus because they are so big I need them to stay well behaved.
