If you are finding that they are causing you to bloat then I would take them out! And start to reduce your intake closer to show ✨

Hello! Great leg session today! Back in with deficit dead’s focusing on making it in a conventional dead position which was fun to rewire my mind to pull in that position – across the board for this session though which I was happy with!! Xx

Great day today!! New month, and new mindset!! Not that it was faultering before but you know when something just clicks!! I’m feeling excited! Yesterday evening I sat in my little hammock and really just took everything in! I have felt a little stressed about many a things personal! But last night I just stopped and focussed! And I felt like today I released some of that self doubt and flicking a new switch to stay in my lane and focus on the task at hand!! Over the weekend Cydney said something to me as well that stuck with me when she was talking about my next show and my season – she said “girl head down and it’s time to show up, but not just show up but show out” and that really clicked! I need to stop being intimidated and thinking small in my own mind! Sometimes it can truly be my worst enemy especially those who are close to me know this! But I am really hungry this season to improve and see what we can do again!!

But legs was awesome today!! Everything felt good! Knees are doing well too which makes me happier!! My shoulder isn’t great at the moment as I mentioned when I done delt and arms but it’s check in day tomorrow so I will make sure I mention that to Corinne ❤️

Above nailed it!! And in agreement, I for sure would avoid a fast but just mentally approach it by accepting what has happened, don’t dwell on it but rather get ready to get back on track and back on plan and keep on digging deep! X

It’s been a beautiful rest day today! Cardio done this morning nice and early before it got too hot!! Had some posing clients and then headed out for a beach day!! There is just something about the beaches here that make me feel so happy and chilled!! Excited to get back in for legs tomorrow xx

Delt and arms today! Was a good session!! I felt a little twinge towards at the end of the session! Hoping it’s nothing so had a bit of stretch and will roll when I get home!
30 mins cardio done this morning and will finish up my steps with a walk this afternoon xxx

Really great weekend!! Also with some feedback from Gary it was so insightful!! Today was legs!! Had a bit of an uncomfortable situation on the way to the gym but didn’t let this mental affect my session!! Really good session today! Scaled back on weight in my sldl today to focus on more control in my reps and it felt so good! Got my steps in on my normal routes today however my Fitbit seems to have packed right up so heading back out in a bit to the mall to go and grab another one or similar to it so I can track my steps again tomorrow xxx

As above, if this is a mini cut I would try not to focus on the thought of off plans meals especially in that space of time! Try go to all in, in your mini cut ready for gyms to reopen x
