Rest day today!! It’s been a lovely one! Busy with posing clients today! AM cardio done nice and early and again finishing off my cardio this evening now that the sun has gone down, it has been real warm today! Looking forward to legs tomorrow xx

Had a really good delt and arm session today! A lot less pain in my right shoulder so managed to improve numbers today as well as execution on exercises! AM cardio was good this morning really enjoy it at the moment! Post cardio had my cold brew hehe and FaceTimed family back home to catch up ❤️ all in all it’s been a lovely day xx

Legs B today!! No number increase in this session but everything still felt good! 45 mins cardio done this morning as well as posing clients before I went to train this afternoon! Steps all done so ready to really rest for the rest of the afternoon and carry on working on my ebook xx

Rest day today! Morning cardio done at 60 mins today! A bit later this morning as gyms don’t open until 8am and some are even closed so I went to my Sunday usual at 8am! Also started planing my comp bikini which is always fun! Out finishing up my steps now! All in all a positive day today xxx

Back and biceps today! Had another good session here! Pull down numbers were up today as well as my bicep curl tri set! So I was a happy ree today with making progress in this session! This afternoon I’m sat in Starbucks doing some work and then will complete the rest of my steps this afternoon xxxx

Today was push – chest/delt/tris this session was good today!!! The niggle in my right shoulder is feeling better this week altering the push movements in which hurt it!! But all in all a good day today! Tomorrow is a new day and another to keep working hard xx

But of a tough day today! Gramps was finally laid to rest today! So spent the morning just reflecting on the good times and communicating back home!! Then headed to do legs this afternoon which was a real good session! PBs today on leg press which made me happy and little to no pain in my knees as well!! ❤️

I like to use the TrainedByJP Nutrition Halcyon but now there is also the new Dream Sleep!
Also making sure you aren’t taking too many stims pre bed, also reducing screen time pre bed 🙂

30 mins cardio this morning and delt and arms session done!! My shoulder felt good this session!! So hoping in on the mend!! Hit my 10k steps pretty early on during the day today so rest of the day spent resting up and working ahead of rest day tomorrow xxx
