Chest delt and triceps today!! And my delt felt good! Cardio done this morning and steps! This afternoon I headed to Orlando as Zach is shooting stage at the southeastern USAs this weekend! So I will train this weekend in Orlando which will be fun

Legs done today at FAM!! Today’s session was good! It’s a bit of a reset with the machines being a touch different than in Mexico but if anything this session was strong which is always a bonus with legs! And numbers were better than when I left as well!
Cardio this morning done on the bike, definitely going to alternate between the bike and cross trainer heheh or get myself a butt pad hahaha! But honestly feeling much better than when I first arrived! Xxx

Rest day today!! Much needed!! Feeling much better towards the end of the day today!! I don’t know what has been up the past 2 days! Seasons have been good but just felt a bit run down and heavy! Steps and cardio done today as well as meal prep for the next couple of days!! Feeling ready for legs tomorrow xz

Delt and arm day today!! This morning was also a check in day with Corinne! Still feel a bit unsettled but I know the stress will go in a few days! So nice to see my pup again! This morning got up and done my cardio and then ate and took the dog for a lovely walk!! My body feels a tad beat up today and also super tired so definitely an early night on the cards for me today and hoping tomorrow I feel more human xxx

Finally back in Florida!! Was probably the most stressful travel I’ve had for a while and it was only less than a 2 hour flight!! But settled and headed straight to train legs at FAM!! Xx

Rest day today!! Again a delayed AM cardio as the gym doesn’t open until 8am but was there on the dot hehe to the delight of the owners ? and then I have had some posing clients this afternoon!! Have a bit of doms from back yesterday, first time in a long while! But all in all a productive rest day today! Looking so forward to tomorrow xxx

Hey, with the abdominals you can train them but they won’t always be visible if you aren’t eating in a deficit as well! Do you have a photo maybe? So we can get an idea

Good back and bi session today!! Strength is up which is super! Across the session today numbers were either up or matched which made me happy!! Tomorrow is rest day which I feel ready for hehe!! Then 2 more sessions this rotation cx

Push session today and everything felt good! My delt is also feeling better as well so movement like on Tuesday! Today was a good check in day as well, head down and time to keep moving forward! We have made some changes so looking forward to seeing what this coming week brings xx

I use mine for solely tracking my steps and I have a Fitbit versa! I know a lot of people use OURA rings as well which track everything and from what I’ve seen quite accurately as well 🙂

Solid leg session today! Knees are doing sooooo much better! Everything felt good today and number upped as well so a real happy ree today!! 10k steps done today and 45mins AM cardio! Xx
