Rest day today! Much needed ?? checked in this morning and was actually a happy ree haha! But head down and keep pushing each day!! Had some of my posing clients compete today which was great and had some posing clients this morning! Steps almost done for the day, off to finish them and spend some time at the beach this evening x

Agree with Clare here! These can be inaccurate. I would try logging what you eat and try an elimination diet for sure

Check in day today with Corinne 🙂 we have reduced protein intake a touch and also upped clen to 60 today! Splitting steps throughout the day structure as well which I think will be very beneficial!!

I prefer having something physical to write in, I also log more than my sets, I log how everything went as well! I think it’s a personal preference as to where/what and how you log – just which ever you prefer 🙂

Legs done today! I trained at powerhouse! Was a great session and everything felt good! Knees are just so much better now which makes me happy!!
10k steps done today!! This afternoon I also went to get my hair done / chopped haha xx

Delt and arms today!!! All in all was a good session but had some pain in my right shoulder again but getting treatment on Monday!! Cardio done this morning and steps all finished up with a lovely walk with little marvel!! Also had a lovely catch up with @MeganSylvester this afternoon as well ❤️

A rice cooker, air fryer and even a little George Foreman grill! Definitely seasoning food well! Making your meal prep yummy and enjoyable is a great way to ensure you eat it. Just because you are following a plan doesn’t mean it can’t be tasty x

Really good back and bi session today in Orlando today! I trained at Power Strength Gym!! The equipment was so nice!! Cardio done this morning at the hotel gym nice and early and steps all done with little marvel exploring xx
