Day 3 of 2021!!
Hahaha rest day for me today!! Most of the day i have had online posing clients on client plans!!
Again 10k steps hit in the form of dog walks and playing with the dog!!
Still weighing myself daily and feeding back to Corinne xx

Day 2 of 2021!!!
Today was back and biceps!! This session always blows my biceps to pieces but i love it so much!! Strength is good at the moment, no crazy numbers today due to adjustments yesterday to my back when i had treatment but no drops in weight and really focussed on connection in all my movements!
10k steps done today in the form of chasing Marvel my pup around the apartment and lots of doggie walks 🙂
Not much to update at the moment!! Other than being super excited about what is to come in the next coming weeks xxxx

HAPPY NEW YEAR 🙂 eeekkkk 2021 is finally here and I’m so excited for this year ahead!!! Today was chest/delt and try day and it was a good session!! I also had treatment today as my lower back ad hips have been super tight on my return to training!! But now i feel like a new ree!!! Checked in today and we will weigh everyday now for a week just to see if my weight is stable in the 61kgs xxxx

Happy New Year’s Eve everyone ? today is also a leg day for me!! Bit frustrating today as my lower back isn’t happy but pushed through sensibly and have treatment tomorrow which I can’t wait for ? also check in day!! I will post my physique update on here tomorrow xxx

Good morning 🙂 today is a rest day and much needed!! Plans for today are to rest, recover, stretch and also do my steps!! I will also be working on a few projects in which I would like to start in 2021!! It’s really weird but the Olympia has really helped with my confidence and in my self belief that anything is possible!! I am the worst when it comes to self doubt, which is why sometimes i can put my ideas for projects on the back burner because i feel silly for thinking that they would be possible – but not anymore, going in to the new year with one self belief and positive mindset xxx

I agree with both splits from Megs and Clare!! You ideally want to increase leg frequency if they are your weak point!

Delt and arms went down today ✨ strength is definitely at a good place just need to make sure I’m keeping up with treatments/body work as I can feel some niggles that are a tad sore!!!
Also adopted a doggo ? which has made getting my 10k steps in so much fun and makes my heart so happy having a pupper in my life!!
No direct cardio but we are still at a 10k step goal which I spread throughout the day! Xxx

10 days post show now and strength is coming back nicely – 180kg sldl today in my leg session for 8 reps!! I am so excited to see where we can go with strength now we are in improvement season!! Really utilising this post show window right now!! Everything else is going well at the moment – really working on my daily routines at the moment phasing out of comp prep and creating new ones for this offseason!! Still awaiting judges feedback from the Olympia but when i get it we will also make a plan based on that also! Xxxx

Training day back, booty and hamstrings. Morning routine posing, lpf, plyo, meal prep, food shop and training.
Nice session, feel wrecked in my hips ahah needed some stretch here and there. Defo I feel all legs training added to my plan. Watching the live on the Mauro Sassi team’s IG about new ifbb pro league criteria w an it promoter, himself and wife ??. News coming from USA. Bikini matters and others categories following the results of Olympia and so all new standards. Interesting. Tmrw rest same stuff. X_________________________________________

Hey lovely, hope you had a lovely Christmas!! Yes it seems that the results at the Olympia determine the standards moving into the next year, and seems that they are scaling back due to women’s BB being back this year xxx

Good morning everyone!! Rest day for me today!! And definitely needed hehe!! 3 sessions in and feeling it but most importantly I’m feeling good! First thing in the mornings i start with my stretches for my back and hips! In this improvement season I will not only be focussing on how i can progress with my physique but also how I can improve with the finer details, mindset, stretching, solid routines, all the details which in the long run will create bigger changes!! I am so excited for the future!!!
