Rest day for me today!! had a lovely day out today at the Aquarium and generally exploring downtown Tampa and some cool little places!! Tomorrow is legs B which I get so excited about hehe!!

hehe thank you, I’ve taken the feedback on board and going to keep on improving to bring ree 3.0 to the stage this season. Corinne and I have had a chat about improvements and we have a plan so I’m happy 🙂
Omg I know it felt like a dream come true hehe overpowering legs, but we are still going to work on these as well!! Bringing up each body part a tad but maintaining balance 🙂
Im really enjoying it over here at the moment – weirdly it feels like living in 2019 just with wearing masks in public places when inside – in the state of Florida gyms are open and everything is pretty much open so it been nice to be able to get back in to training post Olympia xx

Legs day at mine because now I got a legs press tooooo ??❤ the cluster was on hammies so they felt that burn. I can rotate single curls standing and on machine, DB too…some BB rdl today quads legs extension single & double, legs press and all the squats, split etc…calves to end it.
today not plyo, just LPF and posing evening walk and some shop. obsly outdoor gym is closed and well not the risk to ❄ frozen anymore. hopefully I got all my stuff omg. ❤_________________________________________

Today was a check in day!! Crazy to think we are now 3 weeks post Olympia!! Time flies!!! starting to hit a steady rebound now!!
My mind / body is catching up with each other!! By this I mean sometimes I struggle letting the shreds go but I know that there is a time and place for that!! But I’m comfortable and happy and ready to get stuck into this season xx

I would try not to over think this too much! Many have it as part of their morning routine! I like to drink a litre in the morning first thing to help me get ahead in my intake

Good morning, today is rest day – 10k step goal today. Not much on the agenda today – I Have some client plans to complete and send and I will also ring home today to check in on the family and how my dad is getting on with treatments now that the UK is in lockdown. I really hope that they don’t postpone them and he can still get sorted xxx

, and nailing that back pose instead of closing it narrow by drawing up my shoulders. My back pose which i knew i messed up on in pre judging and already set it as a goal to improve on this season. With the legs – she said that they were overpowering also from the rear and that she would like to see more separation in my legs (quads). I never in a million years would think my legs would be over powering hehe as they have always been a weakness of mine but as i always say the journey continues. Time to get all round better. She was happy with my taper and structure but would like to see more development in my back but not too much size elsewhere. We will take the feedback onboard and keep working 🙂 xxxx

So today i got my feedback from the Olympia – it was very very very interesting 🙂
So my feedback in short was that my legs were overpowering and that i need to improve my back depth and width

Good morning!! LEG DAY is upon us!! My back is feeling good this morning so im hoping i will be in for a good session this afternoon!! Keeping up with my daily stretches as i really want to get my back into a better place.
My weight is holding now at 61.8kg – i always feel in a weird place transitioning from lean to improvement but its a process I am learning to love and get better with 🙂
