Same weight again this morning!! But definitely feeling tighter today!! I have back and biceps today and going to train at powerhouse here in Tampa ⭐️
Checked in with Corinne this morning and done my 60 mins AM cardio. Today I will also be starting my list of everything I need/need to do for the Olympia such as print photos, book tan, get nails done etc!! Let the fun begin heheh xxx

New low again today after yesterday’s leg session!! Today I trained chest/delt and tris! And then I had a really cool paint photo shoot!! I’m so excited heading into the next 2 weeks of this Olympia prep and seeing this final look come together ✨

Leg day today and it was a good one ?? it’s so crazy to think that I have only 2/3 leg sessions left until show day!!! Weight was back down today which was nice to see and felt a lot tighter today!!

Good afternoon!!
Today is the day after my refeed!! Weight is up a touch but feeling good!! Legs was an awesome session yesterday!! Today physique is a touch fuller!! We are now going to push a little harder for some more condition now!! 18 days to go now!! Energy and moods are good!! Just so excited to get back on stage!! This still feels soooo surreal right now ⭐️

On a “RHEA-feed” today haha!! And have final the leg session of this rotation before starting again on Tuesday!! Today we have some BB sldl which I’m really looking forward to today!! More food in the tank and in my intra so aiming to really put them to good use!! Sometimes on a refeed the day after also produces a good session and energy so pumped for that as well!! Other than that everything is going well!! Feeling excited as ever and wearing a positive head ? as always I’m happy whenever Corinne is happy with my progress and where I’m at 🙂 xxxxx

Really good session today! Back and bis! Have a slight niggle in my back and getting treatment so by show day everything should be fine but staying happy and positive and enjoying the next 21 dayssssss until show day!! Here is my check in from this morning ! As you can see my back pose is a little off but hoping after treatment I’ll be able to hit it a bit better xx

Weight break today!! 59.95kg to be honest I know weight isn’t the be all and end all but it has been nice to see sub 60kg today even though it’s super close hehe!! Feeling much tighter today also!!
Today I trained push (chest/delt/tri) and had a really good session!!
Cardio at current on upper days is 60 mins AM and then 20 mins afternoon as well as getting in my 10k steps!
22 days to go now and omg I’m very very very excited xxxx

Awesome leg session today!! Savage but that’s the way I like it!! Everything is feeling good at the moment, strength is still holding nicely which is always a plus in prep!! Energy levels are a bit low but I’m literally saving my energy for cardio and training!! Today’s check in was a good one! Condition is creeping in now!! 23 days to go LETS DO THIS!!
