Hey Sayed, as the team have said above. I would try going into a surplus (increasing slowly)
and most definitely agree with Lara here, don’t be afraid to gain weight its all part of improvement and getting better πLet us know how you get on x

Really good leg session today!! Corinne has also switched up my training plan which I am really looking forward to trying!! Hit some deadlifts again at the end of my session just to see how things are (kind of obsessed with them haha) pulled 170kg for 5 which im quite pleased with!! I have some new movements now in this plan which I am really excited about doing!!! xx

Definitely agree with the team here,ee I think once getting back to the gym I would continue your split/routine prior to lockdown, but training cautiously as the team mentioned above and keep working sets at 2 π
Keep positive the day is coming that we will all be back!! Coming out of lockdown will be a fresh start!

Upper session done today!! didn’t have the access to the heavier equipment today so i done a bit of dumbbell DIY and tied them together haha!! But was a good session all in all, really focusing on MMC! I honestly can’t wait for gyms to re open, I know this situation is about adapting but i am missing it so much and i find training such an amazing outlet for my mental health xx

Legs went down today! Sessions have been really good at the moment! I also have a date that I will be coming home – MAY 18th
I am so excited especially that we have a date set in stone!! I can’t wait to be back with my family! Also my stepdad is in the process of getting me some equipment and setting me up a little gym in the garage so I can continue training as soon as I get home!! So I am really looking forward to that!xx

I would definitely be in agreement with the team here! certain movements may be more of an a-b movement of the weight as you may not be able to feel the connection but one thing which is always important is targeting the muscle with the correct execution. Especially if hypertrohy is the goal as Clare mentioned, you really want to make sure that you are focusing on targeting the muscle even if that means reducing the weight to really execute the movement xInstagram - @rheagpt

Good upper session today and a little pupdate from the old boy back home, after his online assessment he is going to the vets this afternoon (UK time) so mum is going to keep me update, he is in better spirits today and i saw him on facetime which put a huge smile on my face! Also checked in with the bosses today!! Mind and body feel in a good place at the moment and i am very much looking forward to coming home very very very soon xx

Rest day for me today!! Had a really good day today, until found out that my little pup pup (well old pup pup) is quite poorly back home and I immediately went into panic mode imagining all the worst scenarios!! honestly i know that he is 16 years old now and no one lives forever but he is legit my everything and know that one day inevitably we will be parted (i’m praying in many more years to come and to have more happy years with him)! But I think because I am so far away at the moment and miss him immensely already, it freaked me out when mum told me he isn’t doing so well! He has a vets visit today so i’m hoping that they can help him as much as possible and get him back to his normal floofy self!! Sorry to ramble, i just love dogs so much especially my little George!! But I must stay positive as I know he is a fighter!!

Really good leg session today!!! Having access to more equipment has made me feel so much better and made my sessions much better!!
Even had a play with some deadlifts and squats at the end
150kg x 5 for deads
120kg x 3 for sqautsHonestly I panic so much that I have lost strength in this period but those movements felt good – i haven’t deadlifted since before Arnolds Ohio so that would end of February!!
So need to stay positive that it will be fine once we get through this!!
