I usually have mine 60 mins pwo waiting to return to a normal HR. I usually find that straight after a work I struggle to eat straight away especially depending on what i have trained and also what my intra was x

Had a really good upper session today!! Niggle still there in my back but a whole lot better than before especially with some new exercise selection made a few weeks back by Corinne!!
Tomorrow I have legs and i’m super excited about it hehe!!
Still not firm on what shows we will be hitting but nevertheless got my eyes on the ball and keep the tentative dates in my head to work towards

If not in prep, but have a very consistent diet I would have a meal you enjoy that won’t totally push you off track. But definitely have something you enjoy as its your BIRTHDAY š

Rest day for me today!! and check in day with the bosses!
Spent the day brainstorming someways to improve a few things, done some client work and spent some time feeding the brain on the education section hehe š
Looking forward to training tomorrow which will be an upper session!! xx

Touching on what Ryan and the others have said!! Clean eating would be better for digestion and performance however again some people will add junk to increase calories! But ultimately Iād say clean is better x

Honestly Katie it was amazing to have some more equipment, I felt like a kid at Christmas! And had such a wonderful leg session!!
So i have been given access to this for 2 weeks! So i am going to make the ABSOLUTE most of this time!! And then by the end of the 2 weeks it should be time for me to come home (fingers crossed)
I had an awesome leg session today, and played around with some BB squats as well which I haven’t done in a while! Just having access to this set up has really helped give me a bit of an uplift!!
Omg right HOW GOOD is the education section!!so so so informative!!

Spent most of it on the education series on the site!! Honestly its soooooo good!! I’m really trying to use lockdown to improve mentally as well, and JP and Corinne are full of knowledge!
I have also found somewhere with equipment, they aren’t renting it out but its available for use in the warehouse being a controlled environment – so I may give this a try! I guess it will be a little bit like shopping but with gym equipment so I will let you know how it goes š
Had a lovely facetime with my mum today as well!! And hopefully I will be homeward bound in the next couple of weeks when they relax the flight ban here š I will keep you all updated

I agree with Kuba!! Training fasted has little benefit for growth! Feed training much better for hypertrophy and performance x

check in day with the bosses this morning š Also trained legs!! Session was okay!! not as good as i have previously had earlier in the week!! but didnt let it effect my mindset!! good days and bad days will come but completing the session is what counts!! It was more that i couldn’t really connect with my movements today and I am not too sure why! But tomorrow is a new day and another day closer!!

Upper days today anddddddddddd managed to acquire some heavier bands which has helped so much!! Still on the hunt for dome heavier weights! The shop i went to for the bands is having a restock in 3 weeks time š which i am hoping i will be home by then!! But even just having some more bands is such a win and really changed the dynamic again of my sessions which has made me so happy!!
Still keeping up with my rehab work for my scapula and also implementing stretching into my daily routine now as well!! Everything is feeling good š

hey Nigham,
This could be possibly be core control, bloat or maybe even just some excess BF at the moment.
Vacuums and core control techniques are really helpful but also if it is bloat/digestive issues I would track what you are eating to maybe help establish what could be causing it

Good day in the books today!!
trained legs and no sign of my migraine today which is such a positive! I have felt like me today, like a heavy grey cloud, pins behind my eyes and heap of tension has been lifted from my head!!
Tomorrow is rest day – where I like to get the majority of my steps in, in the morning š its also essential food shopping day where i will get everything I need ahead of my next day of meal prepping which will be Sunday š
