I trained pull today at Powerhouse Gym here in Columbus!! I’m not going to lie! It was a tough session to get through!! The gym was SO HOT and I felt really sick and dizzy throughout the session but completed it!! I’m settling in well here just getting used to the time!! Rest day for me today!! Also the start of the show day glow up before I leave for Columbus on Sunday morning ❤️ tomorrow is my legs/pull session which will most likely be my last before comp! Corinne is going to send me across our plan of action leading into show day which is going to be rather exciting xxx

Hit your cardio for the duration and stay consistent with it! Also tracking steps is great too! If weight is stalling you can change the variables of decreasing cals or increasing cardio x

9 DAYS OUTTTTTTTTT!!
anddddd a new low weight this prep!! Hit 57.5kg this morning!! Yesterday’s weight was 58.5kg! So things are heading in the right direction again!!!

I can’t believe we are this close now!! After a good few high days we have dropped the hammer again to chip off some more before show day!! I’m so excited for this!! ????

Today was a push day!! Also another higher feed day!! I felt great however my gut has felt very slow and felt a bit bloated today!!! I also went to go and see Kate Errington to meet her Sphynx (hairless) cats hehe which was so much fun!! Xx

I would say there isn’t a best food to eat post workout other than something that works for you! Something you enjoy, that will digest well and also something that fits in your plan x

Good morning everyone! So after a higher feed yesterday weight is between 57.9kg – 58.4kg but I most definitely feel tighter!! I will probably weigh again once I’m home and on my normal scales just to double check!! But feeling really positive!! Currently waiting for the train home to London from Rotherham! It’s my rest day today ????
